   Spur of the moment visit based off a recommendation of our hotel staff. The food was amazing-best oysters ever! Our sever Bobby was knowledgeable, so friendly and provided great service! Will definitely come again if ever back in Denver.

   Incredibly fresh seafood paired with great service. We enjoyed oysters from the west coast, Alaskan king crab, Thai curry mussels and a wedge salad - all were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Our server was kind, funny and knowledgeable about everything on the menu as well as the wine list. We’ll definitely be back! Such a nice treat.

   Food and service was great. Oysters were perfectly shucked and so fresh, no accompaniment needed, just their brine. Halibut also cooked nicely and tasty. Went during restaurant week at an early hour so noise level not at its highest, but don't think it would ever get too bad. Mentioned at reservation that it was partner's birthday and they complimented us a little scoop of chocolate cherry chip ice cream (candle lit but no public singing at his request) Perfect end the evening👍👍👍

   We were here for restaurant week and enjoyed everything about it! The service was wonderful and the food was great! We will definitely go back! We live in Arvada and took the train to Union Station. The whole night was a lot of fun!

    Great dinner. Everyone seemed so non-stop of it and engaging. Only thing is too let people know aboutthe additional service fee. Staff should be paid a living wage outside of tips and I am all for it. Just letting a customer know is helpful.

    Joined for restaurant week, Friday night dinner. First of all, loved that the whole menu was available. Wedge salad was cold, crisp and fresh. Oysters and deviled eggs were flavorful. Seafood roll and mussels were filling. Dessert was light and delicious. Margs come “skinny” so they were very sour - server gave us simple syrup which helped tremendously. Can’t wait for our next visit!

    Happy hour Oysters a very good value @$2.00 ea. Regular menu $5.00, dozen East Coast @$24.00 versus $60.00. Delicious meaty and more briny. House Happy Hour Chardonnay could be improved, not on regular menu and was not very good. Also enjoyed the smoked Trout deviled eggs and Thai Green Curry Muscles both were excellent as was the service.

    We love the restaurants in Denver's Union Station and S&G is one of our favorites. They are one of the few really good seafood restaurants in Denver and we've never been disappointed. My wife and I were there with our son and his wife and we decided to share a bunch of appetizers to sample multiple dishes and everything was really good.

    My friend and I went for a night out and had an amazing time our waiter Shelby was awesome and our bartender Dominic was very helpful and friendly. Food was absolutely amazing, will definitely be returning soon!!

    Went to Stoic & Genuine tonight for my birthday. All in all, it was pretty good. Had oysters, scallop crudo, Thai curry mussels, scallop entree, squash donuts and they give complementary corn bread. Our server was very sweet and attentive. The cornbread was amazing! Fat flakes of salt really accentuate it. Oysters and scallop crudo were delicious. Squash donuts were so soft, but yet crispy. Dipping aioli was yummy and spicy. Mussels were also spicy, but cooked well. The puree on the scallop entree was, again, spicy. We like spicy, don't get me wrong, but I guess we just ordered everything that was spicy, as it was a bit much, even for us spice lovers. The one thing that made me sad was I didn't get to choose my birthday dessert, she said she just ordered the chocolate cake. And it wasn't good, unfortunately. All in all, I enjoyed myself and I didn't leave hungry or anything. There's so many choices of interesting restaurants downtown and I look forward to trying others.

    Loved everything about this restaurant! The Ble Crab and Shrimp roll was so fresh and tasty. Drinks were delicious, server was very friendly abd happy to recommend items. Will definitely be going back!!

    Great Christmas Eve Experience. Our family tradition of Christmas Eve dinner was by far the best this year. Dinner was wonderful, our son has the mussels and a savory, spicy broth, my wife the striped bass and I had scallops with a Sunchoke risotto, The flavors were unique and complex, the service was outstanding and the setting in Denver's picturesque Union Station made for a perfect holiday evening.

    Pricy but fabulous. The best seafood you can get in this landlocked city. Staff is competent and friendly without being overly intrusive. The place is small enough to feel intimate. The oysters were a knockout, fresh enough to make you think you were sitting dockside.

    We went before our Hockey game and it was fabulous, from the staff to the food and fellow diners. We were wearing our Montreal Canadians jerseys and were so welcomed.
