The Hub
$$$$•American•4.8(44)There's a reason it’s called The Hub. We’ve been at the center of the Heber Valley for nearly a century.
We have been the home of Saturday morning breakfast with the family, a lunch with friends, or even a first date.
We’ve been here after a day at the lake, after an adventure in the mountains, or an early morning before a day on the slopes - or just for a nice meal around the ones you love.
The Hub is more than a restaurant, it’s our own hometown haven where memories are made with family & friends over a lifetime. A lot can happen in a century, especially at a bustling restaurant.
The Hub’s beautiful new home keeps its old bones while creating a refuge to honor the history of our valley and our hard-working families. Our new Hub focuses on getting back to our roots. Dirt on our hands and in our boots, our new mascot Rocky, a highland cow, exemplifies our story. This is the new Hub, the heart of Heber Valley - for this century and the next.

Yuta
$$$$•Contemporary American•4.9(494)Yuta was the name the Ute Indians called the area and themselves, meaning "mountain top" or "people who live high is the mountains." Legend has it, when Spanish explorers arrived and asked the natives what this area was called, they were told "YUTA." Its mountains have seen many cultures pass through or inhabit, starting with the Uto-Aztecan Native Americans; then, the Utes. As US western expansion continued, more cultures moved through the area – from as far away as Eastern Europe and China. Drawing on all of these cultures, we are defining a regional cuisine true to Utah, featuring a wood-burning hearth, and with Lynsey Gammon, our Blue Sky farmer who uses the ultimate in organic farming practices.Shabu
$$$$•Sushi•4.8(2,288)When long time local Kevin Valaika convinced his brother, Head Chef Robert, to come to Park City thirty years ago, they had one thing on their mind: skiing Utah's famous powder, and combining their many years of experience with Asian cuisine to create a unique dining experience for Park City locals and visitors. Their dream comes to you at Shabu, where they offer a freestyle blend of their favorite Asian cuisine; exciting and nourishing weary skiers from all over the world.
