Since 1999 Zushi stands for delicious fresh sushi and grilled dishes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our sushi bar is located in the city centre of Amsterdam, in a beautiful 19th-century building that offers a beautiful view over the Amstel River. You will find a complete assortment of various sushi and warm dishes that are made with only the finest ingredients: premium beef and chicken, fresh sustainable seafood with the MSC label and hand-cut fruit and vegetables. Our Zushi menu consists in two parts: the fixed assortment of various sushi, starters and desserts that circulate on the belt, which you can take it by yourself and the special orders which you can ask for by our staff. The special orders are special sushi like temaki, gunkan, warm maki and grilled dishes. Would you like to get surprised? Ask our chef for the specials of the day.

We had a great time! I went with my daughter. At first was a little taken back by the idea of choosing from a conveyor belt since I’m a picky sushi eater however it was great! Food was very fresh and the vibe was fun! The chefs made us anything we wanted. Almost went 2 days in a row but had too much city exploring to do. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!

Sadly another old standby that’s lost it and is quite expensive. 20.30 dinner arrival, told that it had been a busy night. Food on conveyor has been there a while, a plate of tuna sashimi smelled bad, other items that had been warm previously looked soggy. Ordered food was ok but it just was not a great experience and the €130 bill for 3 adults and one child not worth it at all. Sad. Service was ok. Not going back, can do much better.

It was ok. Food was fine but so much more expensive than expected. We ended up spending more here than at The Seafood Bar, which is a far better restaurant.

Its Sushi premade left on plate going around a conveyor belt. Could be fresh made - could be an hour old or more. Not a lot of choices

Don't bother. This place accepted our booking. We walked a mile to get there. It was full. They asked us to wait 'five ten minutes', but the place was heaving Clearly they use reservations as a way of boosting trade rather than as a serious restaurant would do. No sense of apology/ regret /offers of drinks while we waited My worst dining experience for a long time Rubbish
