Excelente Restaurante en un excelente Hotel . La comida con su estilo boutique, excelentes ingredientes y mixologia para acompañar. Quizá pueda ser para un presupuesto más elevado que el habitual , pero no más allá que otros , de los excelentes restaurantes de San Miguel!

We were very excited to try this lauded Thai Mexican cushion. Both flavors we adore. Also both being particularly supportive of our dietary restrictions. My partner only eats halal meats so this usually has us focused on seafood and vegetarian options. With my gluten allergies both Thai and Mexican fare are go to for us. However we were super disappointed that all of the seafood dishes contained gluten. And all of the non gluten dishes contained meat. It was even more frustrating when the waiter was telling me the wheat symbol on the menu meant gluten free. When it was clearly an indicator it had gluten when placed next to a flour tortilla dish. While they did offer to make me a grilled piece of fish with no spices. That wasn’t really the experience I was looking for.

The food was good but the experience just missed the mark. We were sat at a table outside with virtually no lighting so we could really read the menus. The waiter was out of synch. An example was after we ordered, he made recommendations, that was just strange. I wanted order wine, I asked, and by the time they came back to take my order, the food was almost all eaten. It may have been a random fluke. The place looked great and the food was good.

Solo cosas buenas de Zibu Allende!!!!! Nos trataron muy amables y cálidos, desde el recibimiento de la hostess, el gerente, El Capitan de meseros, los meseros, el barman incluso el chef y sus ayudantes de la cocina… esta experiencia jamás la olvidaremos ya que todos vivieron al finalizar nuestra cena a felicitar a mi esposo por su cumpleaños y cada uno le dijo unas palabras muy lindas… estamos muy contentos de esta experiencia… la cena maravillosa, los tragos buenísimos y el ambiente inmejorable.. sin duda 10/10!! Excelente servicio como siempre!

Llegamos y ya tenían lista nuestra mesa. El personal muy amable desde la recepción de Araceli, el mesero Celestino. Después vino el chef Giovani a la mesa a sugerirnos platillos, todos deliciosos. La comida con la calidad de siempre en Zibu. Yo conocía Zibu Acapulco, pero a este nunca había venido y la experiencia fue excelente. Te da gusto el lugar tranquilo, sobrio, elegante y acogedor al mismo tiempo, y cobijado por el excelente servicio y atención que culmina con platillos diferentes y exquisitos. Una experiencia que no deben perderse.

Experiencia INCREÍBLE, la comida deliciosa, la atención impecable. No tengo quejas sobre zibu, a mis papás y a mi nos encanto y sin pensarlo dos veces volveríamos! Los precios pueden ser un poco elevados pero te prometo que vale la pena, la comida es diferente y deliciosa. Pedimos como entrada el pulpo y fue espectacular y les recomiendo 10/10 el pescado con el risotto es delicioso. Sin duda un lugar que deben visitar.

Our dinner at Zibu was fantastic! The staff was attentive and friendly. The ambience was modern, engaging and lovely. Best of all was the cuisine. Our best meal in San Miguel de Allende. Alfonso our server was incredible!! The chef was innovative and so much fun to watch in the open kitchen. It is obvious he loves his career and it comes through in his dishes. Don’t miss this place.

We went to this restaurant for my wife's birthday because it showed up as the top restaurant in TripAdvisor. What a mistake. The restaurant was dead and the food was pretentious, over priced and awful. We had to send back an order of Tuna Ahi due to being grossly overcooked and the wait staff only removed the tuna -- not the whole plate and returned later with only a slight improvement. The waiter for the night tried hard but it was evident he had little training or experience.

Incredible! Amir took great care of us. Best service we have had in San Miguel. The food was impressively delicious and so well presented. A special evening. We would like to come back next season and stay at the gorgeous hotel. Gracias.

La cena estuvo maravillosa, el trio de tostadas con unos sabores y presentacion espectaculares. El pescado Galeon sobre un risoto y con azafran estaba excelso lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. Pedi un postre que me explicaron selva mex tai que venia con una verdura crocante, por ser diferente lo pedi, estuvo delicioso!! La atencion de Christian fue lo mas amable.

The Avocado Wave is to die for, as was the Thai fish. The sommelier recommended a wonderful bottle of wine that was spot on. Value very good for the money ($100/each including tip for app, dinner and wine).
