If you're lucky enough to obtain a booking with us, please note there is no ‘out by time’, so please feel free to settle in and enjoy your time with us. Zia Rina’s Cucina filled us with joy. The service was as good as the wonderful food - friendly, engaging, attentive but not fussy....just right! The quality and creativity is first class - staff super knowledgeable. We can't wait for our next visit (booked in for Christmas!) and can't recommend highly enough.

Brilliant place. Old fashioned European style restaurant. You are never rushed. Food and wine is excellent. It is so easy to hear each other here. Music was lovely and not too loud. Gorgeous place. Highly recommend. And they accept cash.

The set menu was ordinary only exception were the arancini and the chips. not worth the price and disappointing.Wines exceptionally expensive and when I heard the cost of corkage I almost fell out of my chair.The maitre 'd was too fawning and unnecessarily intrusive.

High quality set menu reflecting a typical Italian meal - antipasto, pasta, main course and dessert. Excellent friendly, yet efficient, service. Warm homely atmosphere. Very good value for money, considering the quality of both ingredients and cooking. Will definitely return.

This is a set menu without much food. The starter was tasty however while only one of us was gluten free we had to share the gluten free pasta which was awful. The main was 4 prawns that we had to peel ourselves and about 6 fat chips. Dessert was great but overall it took 2.5 hours and we left very hungry and disappointed. We were blamed for not giving dietaries ahead though I did via the open table booking.

A very good restaurant, serving classic Italian with a twist. It’s small rooms give it an intimate but casual feel. The food was very good and interesting while being a good quantity, interesting , great quality but recognisably Italian influence. The wine list was good but we could also byo which means we will be back soon

This is a fabulous place for the degustation! Each course was delicious and introduced us to some new vegetables. The sauces were truly exceptional. Service was perfect: informative, attentive and not imposing. Wines are a little pricey for my wallet but still godd value for money. Very highly reccommended.

Stunning food and excellent service. The only thing that would improve it would be BYO wine. We have some special bottles we would have enjoyed with the delicious meal. Limited wine by the glass available but on the expensive side.

We went to Zia Tina’s for the first time in a long time and greatly enjoyed the set menu, everything was absolutely delicious and it was terrific value. Service was sensational and a the small dove gave an intimate feel with low noise.

Two of five wine glasses not clean. Should have returned both but returned one with lipstick. No nuts stated specifically prior to meal but dessert was chocolaté cylinders with pistachios. Food good but was no where near sufficient for five people. It looked as though three were being fed. Bread simply insufficient and certainly nothing special. Really noisy, needs acoustic treatment. Couldn’t hear each other across the table. Ordered a bottle of chianti midways. Excellent but didn’t realize from where I sat that there were two chiantis on the mirror wine list. Waiter just served the $135 bottle instead of the $80 bottle. Very unimpressed. Surely an attentive waiter could be expected to ask the customer which one. And he had the gall to ask for a tip on his credit card processing. Wait time between courses far too long. Left hungry. As my wife said, incredibly sad for our three young men as it was a special occasion with one leaving for work in the USA. This was too pretentious. This was also a two birthday and wedding anniversary occasion. $75 a head is not unreasonable but was expecting hearty Italian, certainly not nouveau cuisine. Went home to have dinner. I do not like writing poor reviews but this was such a poor experience for us all.

Elegantly simple homestyle dishes of the highest quality ingredients served by excellent staff. The sommelier is knowledgeable and enthusiastic to make adventurous wine choices if asked... and we did. Great choice for intimate dining.

Overall a nice experience - most of the food was amazing. The pasta was underwhelming though - it was good but not great. The restaurant promotes the fact that there’s no time limit so relax and enjoy the night - but we were asked if we could finish up pretty quickly after dessert was served because they’d booked the table again - this definitely puts me off returning.

What a wonderful precious gem in the heart of Armadale. The service from opening the door was fantastic, the recommendations on wine were spot on and the food was cooked to perfection. We will be back with the menu changing nightly. I have been driving past Zia Rina’s Cucina thinking we should give it a try and so happy we did.

This is a lovely neighbourhood restaurant, where they don't abide by the 2 hour seating arrangement. The food changes daily to reflect local availability and in one week, when I visited 3 times, I never had the same menu. The food is stunning. But even better, the noise level means that when I depart, I don't have a husky voice from yelling. Honestly, this is a little gem, and great value for money.
