    This truly was an amazing spot. Everyone is kind, even the people around you were so kind from the moment you drive in to the check in entry way at the bottom, all the way up and into the restaurant. The drive is beautiful. I had the lamb and it definitely was some of the best lamb I’ve had in a long time let’s say comparable to good home cooking. The flavors definitely compliment each other. I had the Duck after as well and it was great especially if your a heavy salt person, the duck has all you need already in it. I had the Rancher Drink as well as a Strawberry soufflé (I believe that was the name) either way it tasted amazing. You can drive all the way up. I was running late and they accommodated. I had to have reservations, I don’t think you can just drive up there without them. It truly is the I left you left you take and it will seem like you past it with the windy road and also seeing other places (horse arena, restaraunt(s) and High West Distillery..etc) which in fact the left you make, after you make it the High West Distillery will be on your right but just drive straight down and you will see the hotel a bunch of cars parked in the left and a turn around where the valley will be. I looked and asked to make sure, the place is 100% senior citizen ready, from be able to drive up to going in and through to the restaurant. If you call ahead they will accommodate in any I only know cuz of my 80+yr old father . It’s about a 33 mile drive from the south end of Heber. I hope this all helps.

    We had an exceptional experience. The setting, both inside and outside the restaurant, were beautiful and relaxing. The menu was inventive and the food itself was impressively prepared and just outstanding, from the snacks, to the appetizers, to the entrées. Everything we tried was truly amazing. Hats off, especially, to the wagyu tenderloin. Still thinking about it . . . . Great mocktails, too. The staff was also superb, extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and very accommodating of a gluten restriction in our party. Definitely going back.

    We love the new menu! The old menu was super tasty as well but it was time for a change up! Everyone was so fantastic...it's a 5 star experience from beginning to end. A big thank you to everyone who had a part in our experience. It was greatly appreciated! It's our favorite restaurant to visit in PC.

    We arrived 30 minutes early for our 7:30 resy and enjoyed a couple of cocktails in the beautiful bar looking out over the pool deck and mountains. The dining room was also stunning and our servers were knowledgeable of the menu and accommodating to my vegan spouse. The wine list is extensive but expensive. Most bottles are $200 plus, and the sky’s the limit if you’re so inclined. The meal was great, paced properly and relaxed. Beautiful sunset views over the mountain peaks only added to the experience. A must try gourmet experience just a few miles up I-80 from PC. We’re coming back for sure.

    If you are a foodie and make an effort to seek out the best an area has to offer, look no further! I found a culinary oasis in the middle of this Park City Food Desert. What a pleasant surprise! I live in Park City proper just 20 minutes away from here and never knew Yuta existed. Too bad for me! The culinary execution here far surpasses the tourist traps of Main Street and beyond. Food prices are in line with the area. The wine list is MUCH better than the surrounding area too. Wines by the glass are grossly over priced though. (Had a $30 glass of a run of the mill Spanish white) It was nice to see a full DRC offering as well! The servers appear to be J-1's like much of the hotels and resorts in the area use, but, if they were, they were much better trained and skilled than the typical found here. Make no mistake, you are not going to get a Michelin rated experience here, but, you are going to have a better meal and service than any other establishment in town based off this experience.

    Overall we enjoyed our brunch at Yuta. One complaint: we were charged $65 for champagne corkage but the websites states $35. Two suggestions: 1) Instruct servers to bring appetizers before the meal not with the meal. An appetizer is to be enjoyed before a meal. The servers brought the appetizers and meals at the same time. 2) We ordered the appetizer "Freshly Baked Treats From Our Oven To Share" which was four tiny baked goods on a small plate. The baked goods should be larger and served in a linen lined basket like they do in Europe. The presentation looked very cheap and was only for two people due to it's tiny size.

    Marvelous menu and incredible service in a remote, stunning setting. I dined outside with my three children and was amazed at the children's menu and selection. My entire family was satisfied and content. We enjoyed the yard games and wandering the property as the sun set after our delicious meal.

    I think the food here is very good and the ambience is spectacular. I’ve been here before and I thought the food which in the past was uniformly spectacular was not quite as good this time. Finally, they committed a cardinal sin in my opinion. They included a 20% tip, which I don’t have a problem with, but they did not tell you. If you weren’t careful, you would have tipped twice. I am fine with an included tip. Just tell me.

    The food at Yuta was absolutely delicious and we loved dining at the Lodge at Blue Sky. The views are hard to beat! We were not guests at the Lodge and drove from Main Street area in Park City- budget extra time to drive up to the lodge itself. The food was very good- I recommend the hash browns with caviar especially. My husband had the lamb, which was delicious though smaller on the portion size (relative to the price). I had the salmon, which had very clean flavors but I was searching for the promised smokiness of the wood hearth. The only downside was the service was slow and inconsistent - there was a long wait to be served drinks and have our order taken as well as odd pacing between appetizers and the entrees. Gratuity is included in the price of the meal. Overall, worth a trip up to the lodge for a very nice meal with a gorgeous view!

    Another wonderful dinner experience at Yuta! We enjoyed drinks at the bar before the restaurant opened. Yum, especially the Yuta Spritz! Cody was an incredible server. Very knowledgeable and attentive. For starters we had the Hawaiian rolls, spicy tuna and potato fritter. All beautifully prepared and presented. For entrees, our table enjoyed the baby gem/Nicoise salad, ricotta gnudi, tenderloin and dorade. All were amazing. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the skin on dorade was crispy and tasty. The gnudi was unique and very good. We shared the chocolate mousse for dessert, which was delectable. We love our visits to Yuta and hope to return again soon!

    We had an odd and confusing experience here. When dining at such an establishment I have certain expectations in regards to service that were far from met. While friendly, it seemed that our server listened to nothing we said. After detailing in depth our son’s gluten allergy, and having a lengthy discussion about what was safe for him to eat (vegetables), he was served fries( after being told he could not eat them). They then removed the fries from his plate and reserved him the same burger. I ordered fish which, it turns out was covered in prosciutto and served with a side of prosciutto sauce (mentioned nowhere on the menu). After explaining that I don’t eat prosciutto for religious reasons, they took the fish back to the kitchen, removed it, and brought the same fish back. When I asked if it was the same fish they confirmed that it was. After these weird interactions our server never returned to our table to speak with us. In fact no one from the restaurant did. Upon leaving we were brought an after dinner treat, which again contained gluten which we can’t eat. When I am paying $50-70 for entrees, I would expect our server to at least listen to us. Very disappointing.

    A great great experience. Our server was well versed on the menu and history of the restaurant and gave us a great experience. The chef de cuisine came out to speak with us and the dishes were just fabulous. I would highly recommend!!

    Our second time dining at Yuta, nice ambiance, exquisite food, love the simplicity but elegance of the restaurant and the great service!     A beautiful, out of the way restaurant.. in the Auberge Hotel at Blue Sky where we ate on the patio. The service is impeccable and views spectacular. Our waitperson was attentive and very informative. Food was delightfully flavorful and eclectic… and not necessarily kid friendly. Would highly recommend this lovely adult experience. I have also eaten in the bar and indoor restaurant for dinner, which was equally wonderful.

    The food and service was excellent! The items are a bit overpriced, but the setting and service made the entire evening enjoyable. Very hard to hear the rest of our party. The kitchen is very quite, but the noise from the other patrons was quite hard to compete with.

    I have lived in Park City for 30 years and I can honestly say YUTA has the best service hands down. Other restaurants should learn from this one. Our server could not have been more professional, honest and personable, Elizabeth is a true gem. Upon arrival your surroundings are gorgeous, the valet on point and the decor clean and inviting. Josh & Dave at the bar started us off just right and we enjoyed every sip and savored every bite all the way through dessert. It was a wonderful way to spend our evening.

    Wow. Each element was like a piece of art. Well balanced cocktails. Extremely tasty. Lamb and duck were some of the best I’ve had. I wish it was easier to get back and forth from Park City as transportation was the only negative. Would love to come back, stay and eat so much more. Well done!

    Nice dinner gone bad. Be careful going to this spot, unless you're driving yourself. The place is beautiful and the food is very good; but the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, and it is impossible to get any transportation back to Park City. We had to call multiple services and wait nearly an hour, as no one wants to make the trip out there. No ubers, no taxis. And the staff at the hotel aren't able to do much to help.
