Yume Sushi is the best sushi place I have eaten in Northern Virginia. The services and drinks were excellent also. I would highly recommend it to friends and clients.

Amazing food and experience as always. Lucky to find a last minute reservation on busy holiday weekend. Hokkaido uni was super fresh and so were the other seafood items

We have eaten here twice, and will continue to make the 2+ hour drive. What an amazing experience! The food is incredible. This time we did the chefs choice experience and wow, we are glad we did! Every dish was served beautifully with instructions from the chef on how to enjoy it to experience all of the flavors. They also offered a sake pairing and their selection was perfect. Can’t wait until we are in the area again, we will be returning to Yume for another top notch experience!

Food is amazing!!!!!! It was just too loud inside. The music was loud and there’s no dampening mechanisms so noise was reflected everywhere. Couldn’t even speak to the person next to me. We were almost screaming at the waiter when we were ordering.

Nice sushi place. We ate outdoors because the music indoors was so loud. Tables were so close together, we could constantly hear conversation from next table. Food was very good, nicely presented. Portions were very small. Very interesting menu. Service was well intentioned but not particularly smooth. One menu for a table of three?

We always love coming here for sushi. The menu is always interesting and high quality fish! This last trip we had the best time working with our server to try a lot of new favorites. Great food and service! As always, we will be back again.

We always enjoy Yume! Our friends were in town from Switzerland and we knew this was the place we wanted to take them. We tried the tuna tartare, ceviche, and many of the specialty rolls. We didn’t have anything we didn’t like. The presentation is always beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Overall, very good service, nice experience. However: Tempura needs improvement; no Tempura-specific sauce, inadequate vegetable Tempura. Menu situation was very confusing, making ordering decisions very difficult and time-consuming. Some items only shown online, some only on the hard-copy, some on both!

Good was good until you consider the cost.., way overpriced. Service was lackluster. Out of many basic items that were on the menu. Maybe they were having an off day but I won’t be returning and I will be sure to inform others not to as well.

Food was excellent, place was clean and fresh, and happy hour is one of the best deals around. However, the servers had trouble tracking orders and keeping tabs on who ordered what. Our order came on one large tray rather than individual plates for each person (there were 6 of us). When we went to split the check it took our servers 5 tries to get it right. Overall great experience and would go again

The music and overall noise level was too much. Techno music blasted through the speakers and we were sitting outside. Either change the type of music or turn it down!! Food was outstanding.

We went with friends for the first time for my husband's birthday. It was a positive experience all around. The food was fresh and delicious. Everyone is very friendly. We weren't rushed at all. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress -- she gave us superior service. We will be back.

Coming from someone who grew up eating fresh fish in Hawaii, Yume Sushi had some of the best fish I've ever had on the mainland. The dishes are creative, the fish is so fresh, and the service is awesome! While you can really rack up the costs by ordering lots of the fancier special dishes, they also have pieces and rolls that are quite reasonable. This is going to be our new go-to sushi place in the DMV!

The food here is amazing. The service was great both times I’ve been and everyone is super nice. They don’t rush you at all and are very helpful when asking about reccomendations. I highly highly reccomend Yume for good sushi in the Northern Virginia area.

Yume is outstanding as usual each time we go. The only problem we have is the music is too loud. When it's just my husband and I and we sit at bar it is fine but we took some guests there and it was extremely hard to hear them over the music. But other than that we love it there and always enjoy our favorite server Polly. She and the sushi make it great.
