I had a 4 PM reservation and due to construction in the area I was running a few minutes behind. I got a text at 4:03pm saying my reservation was cancelled. I had to try calling several times to get through to anyone. They weren’t even busy when I arrived there were plenty of open tables, so I’m not sure why they were trying to cancel my reservation for being 5 minutes late. Hostess was rude and had a bad attitude. If there is no grace period, it would be good to know that when booking the reservation.
