Koya gives us a unique culinary experience, leaving everything in the hands of Chef Hiroshi Kawahito, who with great patience and dedication learned the art of old-fashioned sushi in Japan for 15 years and today we
demonstrates his skills as a knife expert by leading us through a
gastronomic tour in Koya's Omakase bar.

La comida como siempre excepcional. El lugar no me encantó, no es la misma experiencia que el restaurante que está en la Roma. El espacio es agradable, pero muy reducido, cabrán máximo 15-20 personas al mismo tiempo. Al ser el espacio tan reducido, te sientes apretado y no te invita a hacer sobremesa. Si no estoy mal, la carta también está reducida, no hay las mismas opciones que en el restaurante de la Roma.
