There was no one at the restaurant yet the host and the manager were on their phones, the service was awful

Since relocating from their original location in downtown St. Charles, they seem to have taken a step back in service and food quality. The place was pretty empty for a Saturday evening. Not sure I’d go back again. Sorry

Maybe it was because it was NYE. Staff were very nice and friendly but service was way too slow. One of the food entrees at our table was cold and one of the other entrees had dry chicken. The calamari appetizer was delicious and the St. Charles Roll was really good too!
