Sadly the restaurant had an emergency and had to close for the evening. We made a reservation, staying just the night at the hotel, for my husband’s birthday, headed to Vegas! The general manager, Ashley, called me early in the day to alert me. Finding out we were staying at the hotel & the reservation was made for a birthday, she wanted to make sure we had a reference for somewhere else to dine. Then, checking into our room was a handwritten note apologizing again, wishing my husband a happy birthday and good luck in Vegas, 2 IPA’s for my husband and 2 glasses of wine for me!! What a way to provide GREAT customer service, going above & beyond!! Great service Ashley and THANK YOU! We WILL be back to try the food! Amazing atmosphere , can’t wait to dine in the patio!

Michael our server was amazing. From the moment he introduced himself our experience was wonderful. He was very personable and funny. You are getting a real treat if you have him for your server. The food and atmosphere was terrific. Splendid views outside on the patio. We will definitely be back. 👍

Wissota Chophouse was a very nice surprise while we were staying at the hotel. It was a quiet night but service & staff was excellent. Ambiance was tasteful & the views were amazing! We sat at the bar and enjoyed conversing with our excellent bartenders Josie & Carly. A shoutout to Michael, as well, for our dinner service. The lobster was amazing!! We loved sitting at the Firepit outside after and will definitely return!

The Happy Hour is excellent. The French Onion Soup and Crab Cakes are fabulous! Will certainly go again. It is also getting to patio weather- lovely patio.

We had a fantastic first experience at this chophouse. The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. We especially enjoyed our pre-dinner martinis, the shared wedge salad, my ribeye with peppercorn sauce, and my wife’s filet with béarnaise. We’ll definitely be back with friends and family!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely venue with sweeping vistas of the surrounding area. Nice selection of wines and cocktails. Staff is knowledgeable regarding menu items as well as wine suggestions. The ala carte menu features a nice cross section of starters, entrees, side dishes and desserts (best-ever carrot cake) and flavor profiles are well developed. I recommend sharing appetizers, side dishes & dessert. I thoroughly enjoyed my French onion soup & my dinner guest devoured the lobster bisque (without slurping). The steak was cooked to perfection and my shrimp pasta was a perfect al dente. You will enjoy your experience here.

Nice views, solid food and good service. Our food was cooked perfectly and the blue cheese risotto was awesome! Only negative is it’s a bit over priced buuuut it’s also about the only higher end steak house within 35 miles.

The fried stuffed Italian olives were very good, as was the French Onion soup. The jumbo prawns and Coulotte sirloin were perfectly done, and the towering chocolate cake was great. Service was efficient and friendly. Tyler, the manager, is especially charming and knowledgeable.
