My food order was all wrong the waitress didn’t offer me any condiments I had to get up and go get my own … the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there they weren’t courteous to our needs … poor customer service!!! I will not be returning again!

I was excited to take my kids to White Castle for the Valentines Day experience. We were sat at a random table in the middle of the floor… No flowers on the table. Tablecloths were just thrown on. Not much effort was made to even make sure everything was good- fries were cold/soggy. I mean come on- it’s not that hard to get right… everyone just seemed cranky and crabby. It was messy and unorganized. Waste of $50. People speak so highly of the Valentine’s Day experience there and it was terrible…

We arrived to White Castle a few minutes before our reservation. It took about 10 minutes to be greater before being sat. We were sitting there for 20 minutes without the manager/server even acknowledging us. Our toddler had a melt down after about 10 minutes because he was hungry and thirsty but we were unable to place an order. We got up to leave and the manager just gave us a blank stare while we were getting up. The location was not that busy to justify the poor service. We have been going to White Castle for over 10 years for Valentine’s Day, this was by far the poorest experience yet.

We have a great time every year with our Valentines Day dinner… Except for those who bring babies!!! The babies are crying through out the entire thing… Please leave them at home …

We went here for Valentine’s Day. Never knew they had the restaurant set up for Valentine’s Day. The food was good as usual and enjoyed the table side service. Very fun
