Westside Grill was established in late 2021 serving the Lehigh Valley and beyond. A modern American steakhouse with a twist, featuring prime cuts, seafood, hand held sandwiches and local favorites like our signature Grand Champion Turkey Pot Pie. Our bar serves a selection of wines by the glass or bottle, 12 draft favorites and features an extensive craft cocktail list.

On entering the restaurant we were truly surprised at the excessive noise level. We were shown to our table and handed menus. We sat there for 15 minutes while staff walked by - nobody came to our table. The noise level was such we could not hold a conversation across the table. We got up and left - nobody was at the reception desk that we could provide feedback to. We were celebrating an anniversary and my wife was really upset. Very surprising and disappointing as we've had excellent service and food from this restaurant in the past. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Both of our meals were prepared incorrectly, and the manager was reluctant to adjust the bill. We left disappointed with both the food and how our concerns were handled.

We went to brunch at Westside Grill to celebrate the birthday of a family member. None of us had been there for brunch before. Our server was excellent, was very attentive to our table. The food was really good, and in fact, there were so many options to choose from that it was hard to get a taste of everything. I would definitely go there again.

This was our first time dining at Westside Grill. . We were seated near the front door and it was extremely loud. We then asked to be seated elsewhere and that wasn’t any quieter. People at the bar were very loud and there was a private party in the banquet room. This restaurant is attached to the hotel so people were coming and going. I ordered the tuna and “chopped” wedge salad. The tuna was prepared perfectly as well as the wedge salad which did not come chopped. My sister in law has the shrimp and scallops with ristto which came cold and my husband and brother order the Turkey dinner which was lukewarm and very salty because the gravey was very salty and poured over everything. The manager apologized and offered to give us 2 free deserts which were delicious. Our server was good and also apologized. I felt that for the prices on the menu were high.

my wife and I both had lobster raviolis for dinner and seared tuna as an appetizer. For dessert we split a crème brûlée. Everything was perfect. The food was well prepared and tasted as good as it looked. Everything came out in perfect timing. Lori our waitress was spot on with everything. We’ve been coming here since they opened and have always had a great experience.

Service was poor with an inattentive waiter who was unfamiliar with the menu, confused our order and failed to deliver meals as expected. Ordered their special of the evening, Halibut which was over cooked and tasteless. Atmosphere was loud and lights were bright, more like a cafeteria than a fine restaurant, that you would expect with the prices charged.
