Food was good. Service was average. Our server was nice but the black guy working in the bar area was not a nice server. He wasn’t a team player. I asked him for salt and he never came over with the salt. Even though he wasn’t our server, he should have helped his co-worker out. Things like this, ruin the dining experience and if Weso ever wanted to be a 5 star restaurant, they need to let go of average servers and do better regarding servers.

The restaurant is really nice. The ambient is good music not too loud and able to speak. The service was not the best based on the expectation you have when you walk in. Waiter took long time to take order and to bring items. Every time we asked for something we had to wait. The value is not the best for the quality of the food and the price. Over all good experience with little above average food.

This restaurant is classy and service is amazing. Their food presentation could use some improvement. They serve your steak in a plane plate, and sides come later. It used to be all at once. But over all, good place to eat and drink.

The steak had so much gristle, that I couldn’t cut it with the steak knife. I ended up eating a couple pieces from it, then gave up on cutting it. The lobster was extremely tough and rubbery, the tail was even burnt black. The marrow was supposed to be “buttery”…. Whatever was left on the bone was like sand. We might have got a single spoon of marrow on that order. The appetizers were the absolute worst tasting. The only decent food on our $300 ticket for two was the potato and the Mac & cheese. I was so embarrassed because I took my husband there for his birthday. And it was a very expensive disaster.

This is our first time and it won’t be the last service and food was excellent. I order a filet mignon and my wife order, The salmon . fillet mignon was perfectly cook and the salmon, even though it’s very good, we are not used to have the skin of the salmon, the flavor it’s a little bit strong for us. I’m not saying it’s bad, but I don’t think we will order the salmon again. The Mescalita drinks are super and excellent ,special drink, we love Mescal and this mix drink is Superb. I wish you came implement a dress code. I don’t understand why people dress in shorts tank tops to go and eat at a very good restaurant. keep up the great job in Weso.

Your server did the best she could. The problem is with your management, they did not have the proper staffing. No possible way to run a restaurant with a full house of customers and “2” waiters. We like to take our out of town family to your place because of your service. This time you let us and our guest down. With all the other restaurants in the downtown area you need to work on this problem. Not sure if we will return, it was that BAD.

We were seated right away. It was our servers first day. He was very personable. He did spill half our bottle of champagne but they totally made up for by giving us a second bottle for free. Plus we saw that everyone working there pulls together to put up wet floor signs and clean up the spill right away which was good. They played electronic music which was different but cool. The music was at a good level though. All the seats throughout the restaurant looked very comfortable. We were in a booth and it was comfortable. Forgot to take pictures of the appetizer. We ordered the tuna sashimi and it was bland. There was sauce on the plate but not really enough to flavor the whole dish for everyone eating. I ordered the rack of lamb and it was delicious. It does not come with sides so I also ordered the asparagus side dish and it was good. Some pieces were a little undercooked. My boyfriend ordered the sea bass and it was okay. It did come with a lobster risotto and that was amazing. We were celebrating his birthday and they brought a card and a complimentary dessert which was a slice of chocolate cake. It was very good. Not overly sweet. Overall we had a great time. Even made friends with another table nearby that was also there celebrating a birthday. We will go again.

The food was delicious with many different flavors. I ordered the ribeye medium done, it was amazing and so was the Mac and cheese. Service was ok ..,we waited 30 minutes before we noticed no one was coming so we flagged down a server. Overall we will go back the food and vibe was great!

Decided to try WESO for the first time for my birthday dinner and wish I had selected somewhere else. Our experience was horrible as soon as we were seated and went down hill from there. It took about 5 minutes after being seated to have water poured, and not by our waiter. We were told he would be right over. 15 minutes later, still no one came by. We asked the hostess who our waiter was, to which she was surprised he still hadn't come over. Finally, he comes to the table and the first thing he says to us is "Are you guys ready?" I was baffled! There was no greeting us, no "Welcome to Weso. My name is ___. Sorry for the wait." He didn't even ask if we wanted to order drinks other than the water we already had. He didn't ask if we were first time diners, didn't offer to place our appetizers first. Didn't ask if we had any questions regarding the menu. none of that. We were all so hungry, we ordered everything all at once. This man was very rude and it felt like we were bothering him by being there with the way he acted! Never came by to check on us during our meal either. The food was very subpar. I get it, this is a steakhouse, and none of us ordered a steak. But if you're going to offer other dishes on the menu, I would think you should also deliver the same quality as you would a steak dish. The sea bass I ordered was very dry and overcooked. The only good thing about my meal was my drink. One of my friends does not drink and asked if they had any mocktails. Waiter said any specialty drink can be virgin, but failed to mention it would be charged the same as if it had alcohol. Normal mocktails are charged at a lesser price due to no alcohol. On top of that, she was also charged the alcohol tax on her bill! Apparently, our waiter decided we needed to speak to a manager, which we did not request. She was apologetic and offered a gift card to return. I declined. Lesson learned, we will not be returning.

They tried to seat us at a dirty table with food still on, we had to ask for a different one because the host didn’t see anything wrong with sitting at a dirty table. The steak knives were extremely dull, could barely cut anything other than butter. My wife had gotten a bone in fillet, it was surveys on a skillet plate but it was so hot that it was splattering the juices everywhere. It completely ruined her dress. But it was too dark on the patio to see then, it wasn’t until we had already left. Our actual service wasn’t bad, but not very attentive. The food itself was delicious, but 100% not worth the price or to be considered to be fine dinning.

My husband and I loved the ambiance. Service was great! My steak was good and the mushroom soup was delicious! My husband ordered the lamb but it came out very rare. We had to send it back. The drinks were phenomenal! Overall, it was good

Great restaurant and the food was delicious. Filet was cooked perfect and it was so flavorful. Lobster Mac and Cheese was amazing. The Weso Margarita and Weso Colada are some of the best drinks I have ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was good, we ordered the 20 oz ribeye and shared between two people with a side of asparagus. We also ordered a Cesar salad, which i would not get again they apparently put anchovies in it. The service was extremely slow, they sat us and it took about 20 Minutes to get someone to come Introduce themselves as our waiter and take our drink order
