They are in dire need of more servers. No one approached our table for at least 15 minutes, and a good 30 minutes after we ordered, they told us that the flatbread we ordered was sold out. I might try them again in the future but there are too many other places with better service.

Hostess took long time to seat Party of 4 that had a 10:30am reservation. Majority of dishes were Luke warm to room temp. At least the bacon was good. Definitely not worth the $38.95/adult & $18.95/child prices. Understaffed, and it showed. Our waitress was good, but infrequent due to the amount of tables assigned.

We ordered medium steak - it was well done. The rolls that come with the meal were very hard - unable to eat. My Easter meal was not satisfactory- stuffing very dry, green bean not fresh (canned), and the ham portion was weak. Overall the food was disappointing but the service was OK. We did have as ask sever times for a to-go container. He said his memory was poor.

It took almost 50 minutes to get our food. The shrimp scampi had no seasoning and the Caesar salad has several leaves of brown lettuce. Pretty disappointed. However, other diners in my party had good food without complaints.

My husband and I went for dinner. We had a great server who was responsive and attentive. We were enjoying our dinner and didn’t want to be rushed. She paced the dinner perfectly. The food was delicious. We split the spinach and artichoke dip and it was very good. My husband commented how much he liked it and the way it was prepared. It tasted fresh. We both had the filet mignon for dinner and it was cooked to our preferred temperature. We topped it off with the homemade brownie. So yummy! We will be back.

The staff was extremely snobby & I could hear a male employee talking badly about other employees next to our table at the bar. Specially an older white woman is who the man was talking the most about. The food was cold and did not taste good. The steak was not cooked how we asked. The French onion soup was basically water with onions in it. I will not be returning here.

They were working with a new order system so service was slow, but the manager was trying to step in whenever possible to move things along. However, that did not explain our food arriving cold. Everyone is suffering from staff shortages and inflation in the supply chain, but these things are making it hard to justify the time and expense of dining out. Corporate needs to adapt to these challenges or they will go under.

I went there with my wife for valentine’s day dinner. We had a reservation for 8pm but they made us wait another 15 minutes to be seated. We ordered couple of drinks and an appetizer(which never came to the table). By the time we decide to order our entrees they ran out of most of the menu items. They ran out of steak and seafood. There were hardly any items left on the menu except salads and burgers. After long delay around 8:50pm they gave us bread because there kitchen was all backed up. And we were told it will another 15 minutes to get our dinner out on the table. The couple next table had similar experience. Overall it was a bad experience. Our waitress was kind enough to say sorry for the situation. Never going back back their.

Special menu for Valentine’s Day was outstanding. Rules have changed a little with bread and special butters. You must ask for read and butters are gone. Mom’s birthday dinner. The evening started off well and went downhill. We had reservations and we’re seated immediately (we were slightly early). We placed a drink order and waited for our additional dinner guest to arrive. Within minutes remainder of our dinner party arrived. Drink orders for them were taken promptly. We placed an order for several appetizers. They appetizers or brought out in a reasonable timely manner. Appetizers were fresh, hot and delicious. The restaurant was busy. Their staff members seem to be hustling and scurrying about serving the customers. Some time has passed and we had not seen our waitress. We gave it a little more time as they were busy. Finally I had to ask another team member if they could please find our waitress and have her come to our table. At this point the table had not been cleared from the appetizers. Soon the waitress came over and clear the table. Shortly after she reappeared and replenished drinks and disappeared. Finally we were able to place our dinner order…..we were a party of four it took well over two hours for us to receive our entrées. Several of the dinner items or incorrect and the plates were cold. Highly disappointing. We asked to speak to a manager we were told they were busy and the manager could not take the time out to speak with us. Totally unprofessional. The manager finally came over to speak with us and seemed disturbed to say the least that he had to take time out of his busy evening to speak to us and address our concerns. Birthday flop!

Ordered crab cakes only to find out a few minutes later that they were out of crab cakes. Changed order to salmon, ten minutes later was informed that they were out of the salmon. Switched to shark which the server was sure they had. A few minutes later was told they were out of shark. Went with a hamburger. In the meantime another person at our table had her steak sent to the wrong table and her husband was served something he did not order. The whole experience was so messed up it was almost funny.

Our server was beyond overwhelmed. She was great, but there are no bussers to help out when servers are busy. Our food came out super slow and the steaks were not cooked according to request. The crème brûlée tasted like a burnt oven. It was clear they didn’t use a torch and instead shoved them in the oven and forgot about them. Super disappointing.

Made a reservation in advance. Greeter asked for our reservation info and made us wait about 10 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t busy with patrons. Another greeter took us to our table which was dirty. She apologized and cleaned the table and benches. Both took a good five minutes to dry so we waited another 10 while others with out reservations were being seated. I’m wondering the value of that reservation? The server was great and our food was delivered quickly. Hubby ordered the 8 oz filet which looked like 3 oz on his plate. My chicken spedini was very dry. Happy Bew Year.

Even though we had made a reservation, the restaurant seemed caught by surprise that we needed a table for six and that we expected to be seated. They acted like they had to make concessions for us and move things around. After being seated we had a great meal with outstanding service.
