    Just wow. Very glam and absolutely full of beautiful staff and people. Food is great service awesome and great great location. Bit pricey but you’re next to Burj Al Arab……

    One staff there had a very bad service, she look nose up and put eyes with the customer, not kind with me . Unprofessional .she need to have service mind with all customers, we not go for free.

    Tha lady on the entrance was very rude. We came on time, but she didn’t let us to go in, and she asked us to go again in the line and she didn’t let us to enter in. She was talking very rudely to us. I will never come with you. Thanks.

    Rude staff specially the lady in reception and the manger doesn’t have any management skills it seems like he is missing a lot of management skills.Lack of management quality and experience. Doesn’t care about customer at all.

    The Staff attitude was one of the worse. they were very unorganized. Didn't know where our table was, were late with service, etc.... we had to call for the manager who was not there. in the end 1 waiter (From Verde France) had to take care of us and he did a good job to keep us satisfied. Restaurant is decorated nicely, food was average but service ruined everything.

    I had a reservation since two weeks and a day before my reservation they called me and mention a 1000aed minimum spent per person. I booked through open table and nothing was mentioned about minimum spend. And i wasn’t staying in dubai and i couldn’t made past minute change or other plan a day was wasted.

    Actually am so upset with the verde team and the way they talk with me! I made my reservation online and in comments I asked that its my friend birthday and I mentioned that I want to write happy birthday tamy. Before the one day of my reservation one lady contacted me , she told me you asked for a cake one slice will be 100 DHS! Then i told her it is ok i want 2 sliced written happy birthday she said ok! After that she called me back again and telling me sorry madam the chef is saying he can’t do 2 slices he made only 6 slices with 600 DHS price I told her why 600 i dont wana pay this amount in a cake we are only 2 persons,, then she said in a bad way only we can do this cake otherwise if u want bring your cake from outside and we will charge you 100 ! I was shocked why i have to pay to the restaurant 100 with the cake I bring from outside.. why she only talking about money. After that i was really upset i closed the line and called her back after 10 minutes, I told her ok can i order normal dessert and you write me a massage only she told me sorry we can’t! I was surprised how verde can’t write a massage in normal plate. I was really upset about your team I decided to change the restaurant because im celebrating my friend’s birthday and she wants a massage and your team is so materialistic! After 2 days 🤣 i saw the restaurant posting pictures with written cake ! I dont know where is the honest of the team

    I know Verde from Paris and Pampelonne. It’s also expensive but you get value for your money! In Dubai you have the impression that they only want to get your money! The negative highlight was that the waiter made a proposal for your tip!
