We had the pleasure of dining at varoulko, and chose the Aegean tasting menu, an experience that exceeded every expectation!! The food was a true celebration of Greek flavours, elevated with finesse and creativity, while the wine selection beautifully complemented each course. What truly made the evening unforgettable was the impeccable service and the warm hospitality of the entire team. The views over the caldera at the sunset were breathtaking, but even they were rivaled by the attentiveness and professionalism of George, the manager and his outstanding team. Their passion and care elevated our evening into something truly special. A heartfelt thank you, we can't wait to return!

Over priced for a simple menu and non-exciting food. Should have been half the price. Worst meal/value of our entire 14 day Greek trip

Varoulko Santorini is a lovely spot for a relaxed but polished seafood meal. The dishes feel fresh and thoughtful, with classic Greek flavors given a modern touch, and nothing feels overdone. Add in the welcoming atmosphere and beautiful setting, and it’s an easy place to enjoy a special, feel-good dinner on the island.

Lugar excepcional, vista perfecta de la puesta de sol, pero muy caro para lo que ofrecen de comer. Cuesta llegar a el, y dan pocas facilidades para encontrarlo.

The restaurant has a spectacular view. The Lava 12 course tasting menu is excellent. The servers are great and knowledgeable and attentive. Just a couple of things to note. It was VERY windy at 7pm. So much that they gave us blankets. There is newly installed plexiglass to help but it still wasn't enough on this night. But to be fair it was extra windy for a few days so your mileage may vary. They also put on the propane heater. The other thing to note is if you are walking down from the road it is a lot of steps for you ladies it's best not to wear heels which my wife did. Also dresses from this spot want to fly up so maybe wear pants. This should not stop you. Though just be more prepared than we were. Cheers
