We had such a wonderful experience at Vapiano⁠! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavour, with generous portions and plenty of great choices. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Everything came together for a really enjoyable dining experience. Fantastic food, great service and a lovely atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The 2 young floor staff that served us that night were amazing, both so friendly and accommodating. They gave our friend a free Mocktail for her 11th birthday, they sang Happy birthday when they brought out her cake. It just made it an enjoyable night. I didn't get their names or I would give them a special mention but I hope they get to see this thanks.

Sophie did an amazing job with our team lunch. She managed the whole restaurant on a busy lunch day with one chef. She even let us pre-order by emailing it in. Give Sophie a raise!

We weren’t really offered drinks and were pretty much unattended most of the time - would have had more to drink if we were asked

Food was cold, my son got no cheese on his pizza, it had cold tomato sauce on his pizza, my cabonara came out watery. Only thing we enjoyed was the garlic bread.

Food and drinks were passable but the service was horrendous, once they gave us our water they never came back, not to tell us if they take our order, we go up to their register, we had to do it online because we had no idea. When we were all finished with our meals they didnt even bother coming over to clear our table eirher! And the store wasnt busy at all, they had plenty of stuff to support good customer service and clearing tables.
