We ordered via QR app but it made it difficult to add my daughter tomato allergy (anaphylaxis) when modifying the choice of sauce on her pizza. We did most of the group then via QR and had to take separate face to face order for my daughter to ensure her order was correct

Staff were good. Pizza wasn’t bad. Chicken carbonara was warm at best and quite bland. We had a table of 12 and were sat on a square table with a tree in the middle so you couldn’t talk across the table nor could I see my kids sitting opposite me. It was also quite high using stools rather than chairs. We left and went to McDonalds. We likely wouldn’t return unfortunately.

We understand is Friday, but being myself a person wiht more than ten years woking for restaurants, it does not harm to provide a good service. From the moment we asked for our booking we felt kind of rude/careless behavior from the counter lady. Plates were delivered in the same manner. We didnt know if they were stressed, being racist or just their mood. The point is, try to advice your staff to smile, and have a better attitud with customers. Dinner was ok, good prices but ufortunatelly service was terrible. Friday 31st 6:45pm.

My partner and I visted Vapiano in Toowoomba expecting a really lovely experience however this was not the case. From the moment that we arrived we did not feel welcomed at all; the service was nowhere to be seen. We had booked in advance so were expecting simple things like to be given a bottle of water or have drinks poured however the servers failed to deliver any of this. The ordering was a bit weird, as we waited 10-15 minutes before noticing QR codes on the table. We had then almost completed an online order before the waiter came over. The payment was then made at the table which felt extremely gauche. For the food we ordered Foccacia Olive Oil and Balsamic, Rigatoni Gamberi and Barbecue Pollo Pizza. The Foccacia and Pizza were nothing to write home about. On the other hand the Rigatoni had some great flavours however the pasta was undercooked. How does this happen in a professional kitchen especially with something as simple as pasta ? I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about decent food and service

The service we received from the staff was outstanding, friendly, and professional. I don't recall the name of the female waitress; she was great. Further, the male person who bought out our food and drink had impeccable manners.

A nice night out with friends. Great food. Table code not easy to use to order with gf or vegan only. We went up to the service area instead. Service ok. No bread offered with meals anymore for non gf diners. Otherwise delicious dinner .

Amazing food and very friendly staff. They went out of their way to make our celebration special. I love eating here and it’s a great place to take kids.

Very disappointing experience this time. I made an online booking before arriving to the store, on arrival they did not have a table available for us. The staff member who welcomed us was polite but either very new, or not very knowledgeable in this position so they had to retrieve the manager multiple times. Once we were sat at our table it took a long time for someone to come and take our order- even after specifying that we would like table service. Ordering our meals was challenging, as again the staff member who served us seemed new/unknowledgeable. The food itself was extremely bland and underwhelming compared to other times I have eaten at this establishment. No one came back around to check on us throughout the meal and we had to basically chase down a staff member to order another round of drinks. The staff were kind, but there was no hospitality training or care of their positions. I hope we just experienced an off night.
