   We been there two times ( May 20 and May 27) and we had two completely different experience. The first time, David was our waiter and he was caring for everyone in our party. He was nice and offered a perfect service. The second time our waitress did not care. She didn’t smile and she did not come to get the dirty dishes (one of us took the buffet) or ask if we needed anything.

   Probably some of the worst food I've ever received. The shrimp cocktail came out hot, rock hard and dry. It seemed like they microwaved shrimp that was already cooked. Then my hamburger came out and all the meat was completely raw. I was with a party of 6 and not 1 person liked or wanted to eat their food. Then we waited a half hour for the waitor to come back so we could get ketchup but he never did so I had to eventually go into the kitchen to find someone to help out. Save yourself the money and disappointment and eat off site.

    Easter brunch: One of the worst buffets i have ever experienced. Parties we’re ice cold, all food Luke warm. The French toast was so hard that it couldn’t be cut. The scrambled eggs were nasty. Bacon soft and greasy. The soup was so thick that it looked congealed. The salmon looked as it’d been sitting for days and was cold. The ham looked like leftovers. I would have been disappointed if it had been free, but $35 a person? Awful. Dinner: nachos - most disgusting thing ever. I think they ran out of chips and put some type of bread instead. Linguine de mare was outstanding.

    Food was delicious. We had brunch with the Easter bunny. So much food selection was really good. Staff was very friendly and always had a smile on Their face. Highly recommend there brunch when they have it

    Quite a limited selection of hot breakfast options and catering for international visitors and a ridiculous price, $104 for 2 adults and 2 children to have a basic breakfast, similar to a premier inn type buffet, but not as good, which only costs £22. Avoid and use self catering options

    Unfortunately on our visit there were some very noisy diners at a nearby table. The parents didn’t control their children, who were excessively noisy, so much so, that I had to personally intervene ask the children to keep the noise down. Ruined the ambience in the restaurant. The staff were very accommodating as this was an anniversary meal for us.

    First, our server was wonderful, the minimal stars for service was for overall service. He first wished our nieces a happy birthday when first getting to our table, he was super friendly and personable. We were a large party and while he seemed new to waiting, he did a great job of handling all our orders, which included 8 kids. The experience fell short inside. No communication from the kitchen to waitstaff in order status/updates. 2.5 hours waiting for any food to arrive. Finally our entrees arrived with the caveat that the kitchen ‘lost’ our appetizer ticket. One of our guests was offered a leftover chicken sandwich (cold) as his meal never arrived. Honestly don’t even know if there were more than 2 waiters/waitresses in the entire restaurant. As we were finally eating, overheard the host telling others looking to sit that it would be a minimum of 2 hours for food. We ate here a few days prior and the service was quick and friendly and food was good. Not sure what happened but wouldn’t recommend it based of this night alone. It probably doesn’t theme that is a restaurant that also caters to takeout and room service for the entire resort….

    Food and service were TERRIBLE, go anywhere else. Server never gave us plates for the appetizer and we didn’t see her again to ask for plates until our mains arrived. Two of the four meals were incorrect and again by the time we got a hold of a server to help us it was too late so we asked for the bill and went to get a slice of pizza because we were starving. Outdoor seating is next to live music and bar which was noisy. You’re better off going to the market or ordering out.

    Food was good. I’d say it’s similar to Olive Garden or Carraba’s. Price is high, but you’re at a resort in Orlando. Overall we would eat here again - keeps us from loading up the kids and driving somewhere.

    Took over 40 mins to get us waters, had to ask for refills, took about 2 hours for our food and we had to ask about it and it then magically appeared (most likely sitting in the window). The kids had no complaints about their kids meals, i had shrimp cocktail and rice and it was good. The 3 othwr adults ending up sending back their expensive meals that were disgusting, the ribs, cuban sandwiche and chicken alfredo. The price of the food absolutely did not reflect the food nor the service. This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. We never send food back let alone complain but this was just the worst.

    We arrived at our specified reservation time. Chose this place due to it being on resort property.. Waited 10!minutes to get seated that was fine sat down. Waited another 10 minutes to order drinks and appetizers. They took 30 minutes to come out. Asked if we could order the waitress said yes but she would be back in five minutes to take order. Ordered simple good Burger salad soup and pasta. After waiting 1.5 hours still no food asked to talk to the manager and he came over and said he understands but they are working on it. We told him we were leaving. Waitress was un attentive we were not the only table upset . Management doesn’t seem to care even resort management. Asked for a call and never received it. I would suggest never going was a terrible restaurant and resort.

    We had 7pm reservations staying at the resort for my birthday. We waited in line for 10 minutes, seated at 7:15. Kitchen was getting “to go” orders while trying to manage seated guests. It was 8:15 and we still didn’t have our entree’s. We had to leave and go get fast food. It shouldn’t take an hour for salad, a burger and a pasta.

    Two in our party had the buffet - it was ok. Food was a little dry but warm. Two others ordered from menu and had to wait almost an hour for their food. Waitress said it was because they were short staffed. Waitress had tables inside and outside so she was running all over. I finally had to go get the bill so my drowsy kids didn’t fall asleep on the table.

    Was told we had to have the buffet. $28 / person. Charged my 10 year old who had a quarter of a plate full $28, plus charged $24 gratuity fee despite seeing our server once. Food was also cold. Overall we would never go back. $171 for a family of 4. Crazy.

    Our waitress was very prompt and helpful. Also a friendly smiling face. Unfortunately, the food was not very good. One person in our group had the buffet. Terrible choice. The corn on the cob was so hard, we couldn’t even cut it off the cob. The meats were fair, but very dry. Everything else on the buffet was just low quality foods, and not very hot. Another person ordered the chicken sandwich. It’s was edible, but not something they would order again. We will not return to this location. It’s unfortunate because we were staying at the resort. It would certainly be convenient to have meals there, rather than having to leave the resort.

    Drink refills were a little slow, but the food was good. We almost didn't go due to other negative reviews, but we're glad we tried it. We are inside once and outside once. Service inside was better, but it was fun to be outside. We all loved the toasted ravioli and had great burgers, chicken, and cuban!

    Food was good. We ate dinner here and two breakfasts. The buffet breakfast was our family’s favorite. So good and a big variety of things. For dinner, I order the chicken Alfredo and it was so yummy! I also ordered an espresso martini, which was very tasty. My kids ordered Mac n cheese and they loved it! Prices are a little bit higher than expected, but it was within the resort and we isn’t have to drive anywhere so that made it worth it for our family. I recommend making reservations on OpenTable for weekend dinners. We wanted to eat another dinner there and didn’t have reservations and it was an hour wait. So we order the pizza from the market (which was also delicious). Overall, we had great experiences and would eat here again!

    Very expensive, we made reservations for breakfast and when we got there they were only serving a breakfast buffet and you could not order off the menu. Over a hundred plus dollars for 4 people to have breakfast. I asked if I could order a omlett to go for my husband and she told me I could not. I would have to go online and order it to go. But I was sitting there with three other people and just spent a lot of money. When the check came I only had two $100.00 bills, she was put off by cash and said I don't think we can take this... I said well that is all I have. They took it. But they are all about herding people in and out. They need to be more specific on their website and update it as well. Annoying experience.

    My group of 6 (4 adults, a 6 year old and a baby), had lunch twice and dinner once. Lunch was good and the staff were friendly and efficient. We had made the dinner reservations weeks in advance and were disappointed upon our arrival to learn that a buffet had replaced the regular menu for the evening. After some discussion the manager got involved, arranged for us to order from the menu and took care of us for our inconvenience. He took what could have been a bad experience and completely turned it around. Our meal was quite enjoyable. Again, everyone from the hostesses to the servers, bussers , bartenders and manager were fantastic.

    It took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order despite the restaurant being half empty. The food was not good in general. I ate there last year multiple times and always loved it but did not have the same great experience this year.

    Beyond overpriced!!! The food was not great at all for the price of our dinner we were shocked when we received the bill!!! Breakfast same my some had a muffin from the buffet and they charged him the full $28 price for a muffin! Food is not great prices are insane very disappointed since it’s the only place in the resort to sit for a decent meal which here is not the case.
