Had high expectations. Ordered 2 different beers, first was unavailable due to an issue with the beer taps, 2nd order was unavailable due to sessional shift even though was on the menu. Two other bars in hotel that had working taps. Burger was way under cooked. Experience was a big letdown. Needs better customer focus. 11th floor bar was awesome.

They advertised a Mother’s Day brunch, so I booked one mid-morning and arrived there only to be told it doesn’t start until 12:30PM (I believe that’s called ‘lunch’) and my family was welcome to the same free continental breakfast available at the local Holiday Inn Express. Thanks for ruining Mother’s Day Marriott!

We love everything about Unreserved! We have reviewed this restaurant before, but want to post a review again to give a shout out to our server, Valentina! Such outstanding service! She was delightful! Also, shout out to Destin at the Wine Tasting! He was very engaging and knowledgeable about the wine and cheese offerings. Both Valentina and Destin went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Their service was just as impressive as the food and 🍷 wine!

We stayed at the JW Marriott and this was our favourite restaurant, both breakfast and evening dinner. Plenty food choice especially for us as vegetarians. Lovely service from all, but particularly Jaime who was so attentive and friendly; speaking with him was so interesting and a highlight of the trip! We would recommend the restaurant and will be returning when next in Florida!

We really enjoyed the Easter buffet at Unreserved. It was our first time at this restaurant and we had a wonderful time! The staff was very friendly and they all looked happy and excited to be there. The food was in stations and everything was delicious! Mimosas yeah!! We were glad to see some kid offerings as well. The lobster tails and oysters were so good!! The crapes for dessert with the ice cream “chef’s kiss!” Everything we tried was really good! We also loved the Easter bunny and fairy coming around all of the tables and taking pictures with us! Thank you for making our family Easter a wonderful and relaxed experience this year!

What a beautiful hotel and restaurant. The staff was excellent and the food was delicious. We split the burger with side salad and mahi sandwich and both were fresh and tasty. We parked in the garage and they validated our ticket.

Besides eating here every morning for their breakfast brunch, which is a great layout (the peppered smoked salmon calle me own each morning), with anything you’d want and a great prep area with some friendly chefs to cook it up your way… we ate here for dinner. If you happen to get Valentina as your server, wish her happy birthday… (doesn’t matter the day), its evidently a thing… plus she is probably one of the best servers we’ve had… the menu here is varied and you can pull from one of three or four kitchens.. seafood/suhsi, Pizza and pasta and Steaks and more… something for everyone…I enjoyed this restaurant, although most casual better than the others on site.

Second time this week. Waited over 34 minutes nobody bothered to serve us. We asked twice and were promised that we would be served but they simply didn’t bother. The lady on check in desk didn’t seem to care and was rude. We ended up leaving. We spend over $500k per year with Marriott and this experience is enough to ensure that I won’t be back to this hotel.
