Ukiyo is an incredible restaurant! The ambiance, service, and food all get five stars. The restaurant is gorgeously designed, the waiters are super attentive (but not in an annoying way), the food is prepared quickly and the portions are very large. Everything is extremely delicious, fresh, and you get a lot for the money. The price is also super reasonable. I highly recommend.

Es ist nicht billig und man muss ewig warten, um bedient zu werden. Aber jedes gericht mit liebe zubereitet und sehr lecker. Ich komme gerne hierher

Wir waren anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages hier und hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Abend. Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam und freundlich, die Gerichte waren sehr schön angerichtet und haben uns geschmacklich überzeugt. Einen Kritikpunkt hatten wir allerdings beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Vorspeise mit den Austern. Laut Karte hatten wir drei Austern erwartet, serviert wurde jedoch lediglich eine einzelne Auster zum Preis von 17 €. Diese war zwar wirklich sehr lecker und wunderschön angerichtet, stand für uns aber weder preislich noch im Hinblick auf die Beschreibung in der Karte in einem angemessenen Verhältnis. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde uns bestätigt, dass keine weiteren Austern dazugehören. Gerade wenn mehrere Tapas und Vorspeisen zum Teilen bestellt werden, hätten wir uns hier einen kurzen Hinweis vom Service gewünscht, dass es sich tatsächlich nur um eine einzelne Auster handelt bzw. das Gericht von der Beschreibung in der Karte abweicht. Da unser Hochzeitstag bei der Reservierung angegeben war, hätten wir uns außerdem über eine kleine Gratulation oder Aufmerksamkeit gefreut – dabei hätte es gar nichts Großes sein müssen. Trotz dieser beiden Punkte hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Abend mit sehr gutem Essen und aufmerksamem Service und würden das Restaurant grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen.

Missing all the basics of a restaurant: - no ice (I ordered a cold matcha, after my ice melted in 5 minutes, I asked for more ice and they said they had finished it. This I is unacceptable considering the hot weather.) - bad matcha ( maybe the person making it was new and practicing but still paying this price and getting bad match wasn’t expected from such a place) - no hygiene - we asked to change our table but they didn’t allow us because they said that all the other tables were already reserved but no one was showing up for some of the reservations and the tables remained empty - no AC (as usual) they had one fan and that was it And this place has won some awards (probably for the design because the services sucked). I wouldn’t go back.

Leider hat das Essen mittlerweile nicht mehr das hohe Niveau was es mal hatte. Jakobsmuscheln waren trocken, wirkten nicht frisch und waren nicht richtig zubereitet. Fischrogen war leider auch nicht mehr ganz frisch. Die Anteile der Zutaten haben einfach nicht gestimmt. Zu viel Brioche und fast keine Béchamel-Sauce.
