TWO urban licks
I had the applejack fish with the dirty rice. It was so moist and cooked to perfection. So worth the money. Was reasonably priced. Service was great. I’d recommend and come again.
We usually have a great experience here, but the crew was off this night. I requested a seat near the band, which was not granted or acknowledged. Also, we never got the cake for my wife's birthday. I think I'll give 2UL a rest and try other places in the area
Great ambience and location.
This place was everything and more than it was described to me. My family really enjoyed everything from the food, service, valet and music. We will definitely be returning.
I do not frequent this restaurant but do enjoy it. Brisket was a bit fatty but overall nice place to visit.
Everything was great!! The food was hot and the service was good. The only thing was some of the food portion was not the match of the prices.
Great brunch! Patio was amazing with great weather!
This place never disappoints. Excellent food and environment!
My husband loved his food. Mine on the other hand, was ok. The pricing was a bit much...$19 for a burger, $16 for a waffle. The mimosa could have been better, maybe use a different brut. The service was awesome. Our waiter was very attentive and patient while we were making our selection. We probably wouldn't visit again, but would definitely recommend just on service alone.
Great experience to celebrate Father’s Day. The brisket brunch meal is the BEST!
The food was and has always been pretty good but the service is absolutely atrocious. Blows my mind, with so many other great restaurants in Atlanta, that the servers at Two Urban are so bad at their jobs. So many better spots in this city that have just as good, if not better food, with much better service.
We've enjoyed dinner at TWO Urban Licks many times, but had brunch there for the first time on Father's Day. Two of us had the frittata and it was relatively tasteless. Wven the pesto-looking sauce on top was too mild to taste. The other two had chicken and biscuits with grits, and they seemed satisfied. Luckily, the salmon chips were wonderful as ever! I think we'll just stick to dinner.
I FREQUENTLY EAT HERE AND I AM VERY BIG ON TIME FACTOR. I ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 855 PM, BUT WAS NOT SEATED UNTIL 930. I FIND THIS TO BE A PROBLEM.
This was me and my husband first time at Two Urban Licks, we had a great time, we can't wait to go back again!
Ive been here a few years back and I remember the food being good but I was really disappointed this time. Honestly if I get a free meal from here, I would not eat it. 🤮 The noise level is extremely obnoxious; you cannot hear each other speak. The food portions are pretty large but they definitely substituted the quality. The chicken looked like it was from Pollo tropical and the mac and cheese looked like it was from a frozen meal from Kroger. It was unappetizing and I left the restaurant feeling angry at the quality and service.
Great food, wonderful atmosphere, will go back. Better signage would be great, it was very hard to find.
The hostess was rude and I sensed an attitude. I asked for a lower table to accommodate my lunch guests (one of my guests was handicapped and the hostess placed us at at high table on the patio). When I kindly asked if there was another table option, the hostess replied with a short tone and she cut me off as I was asking a very simple question. Two urban licks used to offer a spectacular experience and seemed to have taken immense pride in their level of service. I’m not sure what has changed, but unfortunately this will be my last visit to Two urban licks.
Simply fantastic the food was superior and the staff friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Now let’s talk about the empanadas OMG they are to die for my quest from out of town we’re just floored by it all. Thanks guys and keep up the great work. See y’all soon cause I’m coming back for more empanadas and old fashions .
Great evening! Food was wonderful. Our server was outstanding. The ambiance is fabulous!
I have dined at Two Urban licks on multiple occasions, but have never experienced the poor service I received this past Friday. I was excited to entertain work colleagues who were in town for an event, but the poor service we received from our server made me wish I had reservations at another restaurant. Outside of asking if we could move to a different table in his section because the sun was blinding our eyes and being told to walk to the hostess stand and ask them. To drinks taking forever to arrive and poor suggestions on the menu to his non attentiveness it was not an enjoyable dining experience. I was a server for many years in my 20’s and I knew then when it was time to give it a rest. Our server was an older man who probably needs to find another line of work. He just didn’t appear to care.
Melissa was a great server there with wonderful recommendations. Great menu and found was outstanding
worth the price and a nice evening on the Beltline
Reserving a table was super simple. We were seated promptly! Service was excellent and the food deliciousness!
This was my third visit and the service and food were excellent again!
Food was incredible, service was impeccable and the ambience was amazing. Had a great time!
Fantastic food, service and we loved sitting outside!
This is my second visit and I had a much better experience this time was much better. Better service and we chose better food options - just small plates this time. The entrees the last time were lack luster. Go for the small plates!
We got right in, service was good, food was excellent, price was right, ambiance was pretty, downtown view was nice.
1) There was a heavy smell of wood smoke permeating the restaurant. It smelled delicious, but I did NOT enjoy smelling it on my clothes and in my hair the rest of the night.
2) It was VERY noisy in the restaurant. We were almost yelling across the table to hear each other, and he was 2 feet away! Tables were too close, and there’s nothing to baffle the sound in there. High ceilings, concrete floors, very little fabric to be found.
From service to food, Everything was awful. We didn’t receive our wine until halfway through our main dish (ordered wine before apps). No one came to apologise or check on us. Will not be returning.
Awesome staff and amazing food. Would most definitely come again.
The ambiance of this restaurant is amazing. The restaurant is set in an industrial looking warehouse, but is beautifully renovated with modern/romantic accents while maintaining the industrial charm. There was a live band during Wednesday night dinner, which was a nice touch. The servers are great and attentive. The appetizers were delicious!! The Salmon chips, baked oysters and calamari are worth 10 stars!!! I had the pork shank as an entree, I would give it 4 stars for flavor, but 3.5 stars overall because the meat was very tough and the beans were undercooked. Nice flavor though!
The food and the ambiance was amazing as usual however the male waiter was not attentive...other staff such as the host Tia and another waiter stepped in and went above and beyond to make our time there awesome. I will return very soon.
Great drinks in the bar. Sat at chefs bar. Awesome atmosphere. Ordered small bites to share. Finished with a refreshing sorbet trio. And the valet guys were awesome.
The brisket is amazing, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!
Great spot near Old Fourth Ward and Ponce City Market; spacious building, right off the beltway. Our server was well educated on the dishes, and was quick to help make drink selections. I had the brisket, which could easily be shared, and its smoke and bark were amazing. I will be back!
Amazing food amazing service amazing atmosphere!
One of my fave restaurants in Atlanta. Fabulous service. Amazing food. Great space.
I took my husband there for his birthday and the food was excellent. I had the brisket and it melted in my mouth. My husband had a hamburger which was also delicious, but pricey $21. The waiter was good and was very knowledgeable of the menu. The desserts were limited. The coconut cake was good with the strawberry ice cream. Three of us ate and there were three drinks(2 beers 1 wine) and one dessert for a total of $149.
Good food. Very pleasant server. Enjoyable!
