As a former hostess I was very disappointed. To me there was no need to book at Reservation. Because when you walk in the sign does say. “Please wait to be seated.” But no one was there. To seat you or check you in for a reservation. Most people that got tired of waiting. Just sat at the bar. Which I did because I couldn’t get checked in. For my reservation, which was partially a mistake. There was a group of three. That walked in before me. And also sat at the bar, they got menus, water, plates and silverware. The bartender then looked at me. And walked away didn’t give me anything. She just stood at the other end of the bar. Scrolling through her handheld device. I had flag down a different bartender/server to actually get service. Then I kept noticing a group of servers, bartenders & a manager I assume. Huddled close to the kitchen talking and laughing. When I looked behind me. There were a few groups of people. Waiting to be seated, the manager looked in that direction. Waited close to 5 minutes THEN. Walked over to greet and seat people. They need to hire at least 3 people. To be stationed at the front. Two at the host station and one at the food/gelato counter. If I decide to dine at Tutta Bella again. It will be at different location.

Server was very slow. We were presented with the final amount with no itemization. When asked to get itemized bill the waitress said that she can only get it after we paid!?!? We had to ask twice to get the itemized bill. Then we discovered that we got charged an additional item. Nobody was around to address it.

We ate at 4:30 on a Tuesday, so just a few people scattered at the bar area. We were seated in their heated patio space which we loved! It was quiet and warm, perfect for our family. We were excited that we could order from the happy hour menu and ordered one of each food item, except for the pizzas. We also ordered the crispy calamari and spaghetti arrabbiata. Our server Nataly was attentive and welcoming.

Thank you so much for the warm words! I'll pass this on to Nataly and it'll make her day I'm sure. Thanks again and hope to see you again soon.

They were out of all desserts besides one on the kids menu. And they were out of crayons and we had 4 kids in our part. The food was good and it came out really fast. But we’ve had way better experiences at other Tutta Bella’s.
