   I met a high school friend here that I hadn't seen in 35 years! So it was very important to be able to hear each other talk. It was the perfect setting for our meeting. I also really appreciated the clear labeling of GF, vegan, etc. foods. And our server was delightful--I don't remember her name, but she bought my dessert when she found out it was my birthday. I highly recommend the place if you're interested in healthy dining at a reasonable price.

   Lovely outdoor setting for patio seating. Pleasant servers. Food was delicious but we were hungry again less than 2 hours later.

   The food was delicious. My mom wasn't sure if she was going to like it but she ate everything on her plate and had dessert. Our waiter was very helpful when we were trying to decide what to get. We will definitely be back.

    Plenty of options for vegetarians at this healthy, seasonal restaurant with a laid-back, modern vibe. Really love their healthy salads and bowls and the lakeside location with ample outdoor seating is terrific!

    The menu is really interesting and most everyone enjoyed their food. I did not enjoy the Kimchi Bowl - but loved the edamame quac The service was slow but once they got their, they were attentive.

    Nice and friendly server but we had to call him to order drinks. Then had to call to order food. Eventually, the food arrived nearly 40 min after we came to the restaurant. The appetizers looked really good but lacked taste. All required extra salt to have at least some flavor.

    Very attractive setting with a varied menu and several items for vegans. We all enjoyed our cold drinks and hot dishes, mostly bowls of one type or another. One of us found the veggie burger too salty and that’s a common issue at restaurants. Wouldn’t it be healthier to put salt back on the table for those who want salty food? The servers are great and true food kitchen is a favorite local place.

    Enjoyed the outside dining. Heat lamps were great for a breezy evening. Our waitress was fabulous - very friendly and great service. The flourless chocolate cake was amazing!

    Food was great! Service was terrible. Took more than an hour to get our dinner. We had two kids with us and we were just about ready to get up and leave. Restaurant was almost empty when our food finally arrived.

    It was Mother's Day so it was a lot busier than normal. Still though it took about 20 minutes before we got our drinks. The food order also took a long time. The server was polite and apologized for the delays...said the kitchen was backed up.

    First time visiting True Food Kitchen, and thankfully, it wasn’t too busy. Service was good, but the price point was relatively high, and the portions were small. One grain bowl (added protein), one salad, and an iced tea were shy of $50!!!

    First time here but surely not the last! Food was very good, interesting and very health conscious without leaving any enjoyment out. The servers very friendly, helpful and generally a happy bunch. The whole place radiates positive vibes. The only thing I would improve is the seating , maybe more booth options, for privacy and a more intimate setting, but it was still very fun. Also, perhaps offering ice cream in regular , not just vegan option would help some more folks opt for dessert here. But all in all, a great experience and will be back to hopefully repeat it soon.

    I went here for my birthday dinner, having never been here previously. I was excited to try it. It did not disappoint. Service was a little slow even for it not being too busy. We ordered teriyaki burger, ramen, kids burger and one of the rice bowls. All were excellent!

    The food was absolutely delicious and there were many excellent dishes to choose from. I will be going back for the OG Burger again soon. The only issue I had was drinks for a person with diabetes. The only choice was water.

    Food took too long. One entree was side dish size. Ordered chicken with it but it didn't come. Burger was good, but sweet potato hash was heatlamped to death...not edible.
