The food menu was very poor, doesnt reflect on the total bill. You cant charge this money for a basic bread, pizza, grilled chicken breast with some gnocchie from the supermarket. I will never recommend this place for a brunch, im really disappointed. Waste of money. The service was sometimes annoying.

Had a lovely experience for my birthday. We had our 1.5yr old son with us and thankfully he was well behaved! The set menu was great value for money. When booking we mentioned that it was for a birthday and so they brought us a lovely cheesecake with candle and happy birthday message, when delivering the dessert. However, upon checking the bill we had been charged for it….. I mentioned in and they removed it.

I don’t recommend the brunch experience. I hope it’s not a reflection of the food normally. The food was very underwhelming. Two mains were served cold. The gnocchi tasted rubbery and the sauce like it was from a can. The tiramisu was the best thing served - it was stunning. The live music was great, top points for ambience, shame the food wasn’t the highlight.

Whilst food was good to very good, service was way below par, with long waiting times and then a few plates shoveled onto the table, very long spans of lack of attention and drink orders not arriving. Food was good with a few excellent twists but too few to “make this a worthwhile stop” (according to Michelin). In my view, and comparing to a large number of experiences around the World, this does not warrant the one star. There are many other, earlier and more worthwhile stops on the way to Torno Subito.

We booked the lunch menu for Dubai restaurant week. The portion sizes were rather small for the mains, but the food itself was delicious. The ambiance outside on the terrace with the view is a lot better than inside.

Second time here, desided to come for lunch to celebrate a special occasion as I remembered from first visit few years back the food was outstanding. This time was a dissapointment. Service was very slow, place wasn't even full seating and still we had to wait for our table to be prepared. Felt like they were short of stuff. The Dubai Restaurant week tasting menu was a joke in terms of portion size. Mini pizza for main as size of donut. Yes this is fine dinning but I have been in many places in Europe for fine dining and testing menus, Michelin non Michelin- if you offer 2 items from menu at least main course must be normal size. Not worth it

To be frank, I have doubts about the overall Michelin star guide when it comes to TS, as there are several issues with the restaurant. The value for money is not great, the staff is inexperienced and disorganized at times (with the exception of one supervisor who tried to make things better when we expressed our dissatisfaction). During restaurant week, the portion sizes were quite small, and TS is the only restaurant we've been to that significantly reduces portion sizes during that time. The food quality is decent, but not exceptional. The location and view are wonderful if you manage to get a table outside, but not so much otherwise. Overall, the "la dolce vita" atmosphere seems forced and insincere.
