    I was very impressed that all the staff were Thai and spoke Thai fluently. The ambiance and flavor of the food was amazing. The staff reminded me of the polite culture i knew in Thailand. 5 stars again and again.

    Food quality is not acceptable. I was forced to return both the pomelo salad (appetizer) and PadThai (main course) for being way to sweet and unbeatable as if someone soaked them in sugar syrup! Will not return!

    Food : Food was good, larb/hummus was delicious with a small twist of mexican spice, goyza were amazing, crab good, pad thai nothing special at all except very salty. Ambiance : music was just perfect not too loud, huge issue with the a/c was too much cold, place is beautiful as always. Service : worst service we had in a very very long time. Really not the standard of Dubai and any JW Marriott especially not when you are booking for a Special menu evening. Service very chaotic(nobody knew exactly what to do), we had a least 10 different person taking care of us (table of 8), never presenting us the plates (this should happen when going for a special menu), some were not smelling nice, forgot to serve us the wine (we had to do it ourself many time), forgetting the tea. The service is a huge part of an experience and all 8 of us were shocked of the service we had last night. On top of that we were served by people who not even worked for that restaurant. This could be an ok for normal evening but this was a Celebrity Chef Series Menu! Talking about the chefs, where have they been? They did not even came. Overall : we came last night at Tong Thai because we had a fabulous experience last year at Rang Mahal restaurant menu with Greg Malouf but really disappointed of this Thong Thai Chef Series that had such a poor quality service

    Amazing food, best food we have had out of all the brunches in Dubai, the restaurant was amazing the decor was really nice and the staff really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the only possible thing I could say they could improve on was the time it took to get drinks , we waited 30 minutes before getting our first drink and with it being only 2 hours this was a bit disappointing, however our drinks were really nice so maybe due to quality , overall was 10/10 really would recommend

    The food was just phenomenal. The flavours worked so well together. We had the Pomelo Salad and Larb Gai for starter - delicious. The Prawn Penang, Beef Rub Massaman and Pad Thai for main course also did not disappoint. Thank you for your attentive service and amazing food and wine.

    Anniversary dinner and the level of service was exceptional! The little touches from table decoration to every employee wishing us a happy anniversary to the great gesture at the end was absolutely brilliant. Food was very good and the restaurant it self absolutely beautiful! Thank you Team Tong Thai for an absolutely experience for our anniversary dinner!!

    From the warm friendly greeting and winding your way to you table, admiring the splendour of your surroundings, the private booths, the bar, and finally the water fountain before entering the beautiful adorned lantern dining hall. We opted for the set menu as there were five of us and we were not disappointed, the food was truly amazing. The soup, the dumplings and the green Thai curry were certainly the stars of the show. Worth the 195 AED, I also payed for the 300AED menu that allowed unlimited cocktails of which I managed 3 (must try harder) A must in you list of places to visit, staff, food and restaurant absolutely amazing.

    This is my first time in this restaurant, and I’m so impressed. Absolutely in love with food quality and service. Waiters are so professional and always smiling. Design is amazing. This is first place in Dubai with the real Tom Yam.

    Great experience. Outstanding food, quality… Super authentic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and service was actually very quick. During my stay, I had two meals at this restaurant and both were exceptional.
