Anniversary dinner and the level of service was exceptional! The little touches from table decoration to every employee wishing us a happy anniversary to the great gesture at the end was absolutely brilliant. Food was very good and the restaurant it self absolutely beautiful! Thank you Team Tong Thai for an absolutely experience for our anniversary dinner!!

From the warm friendly greeting and winding your way to you table, admiring the splendour of your surroundings, the private booths, the bar, and finally the water fountain before entering the beautiful adorned lantern dining hall. We opted for the set menu as there were five of us and we were not disappointed, the food was truly amazing. The soup, the dumplings and the green Thai curry were certainly the stars of the show. Worth the 195 AED, I also payed for the 300AED menu that allowed unlimited cocktails of which I managed 3 (must try harder) A must in you list of places to visit, staff, food and restaurant absolutely amazing.

This is my first time in this restaurant, and I’m so impressed. Absolutely in love with food quality and service. Waiters are so professional and always smiling. Design is amazing. This is first place in Dubai with the real Tom Yam.

Great experience. Outstanding food, quality… Super authentic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and service was actually very quick. During my stay, I had two meals at this restaurant and both were exceptional.

Everything about it was amazing. As soon as we walked in the ambience and the decor was absolutely stunning. The staff was very kind and hospitable. We went for my father’s birthday and they all signed a birthday card! It was really sweet. And the food is absolutely amazing. I ordered the seafood curry and it was the best curry I have ever ate. Each of my family members ordered something different and they all enjoyed their choices (Chicken Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Grilled Sea Bass). The food also came out quickly and at the same time. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for dates since it has a romantic atmosphere.

Everything was superb! It was my mother's 88th birthday. The only thing is I had to request the decorations on our table like I saw on another table for her birthday and the server's accent was very difficult for me to understand. After we got passed ordering our meal it was smooth sailing from soup to dessert. They sang happy birthday and brought over a beautifully decorated plate with chocolate cake! The view was beautiful and my mother enjoyed herself tremendously!

The food and service was unbelievable. Our waitress was just gorgeous and we were given a Thai Happy New Year card signed by all. The view and atmosphere was outstanding… the food which we got between 6-7 was markedly less expensive and was a set menu with choice. We have travelled the world and it was one of the best meals we have ever had! And it was soooo generous we were able to eat for dinner the leftovers the following night 10 ⭐️ master chef class thank you. May your restaurant be full to the brim you deserve it 🇹🇭🥰

Such a terrible experience for the second time ! We dined here last year and the service was appalling. Last night the service was even worse. Waited for drinks for 45mims. No apology we had to keep reminding them to attend to our drinks. They brought ONE cocktail and left the other 3 drinks behind. We also had to ask for the waitress to clear our plates and she did so but left food on the table. No one asked us for dessert so again had to prompt for the dessert menu. Manager was so busy entertaining a larger group that she could t be bothered to check the rest of the guests. End of the meal - no apology for the lack of service. I spoke to the manager - Sunny , who was more interested in giving me her card ! She mentioned she has a new team so hence the poor service. TongThai - you need to get some training for the team. The food was very good but it is imperative you match this to the service. The value was over the top. A bottle of wine that we can buy for £8 was charged at £80. Pls improve your service and we don’t mind paying. Will not return for sure
