   The server was delightful, the food portions were generous and everything was delicious! The ambience was peaceful and the lighting on the ceiling reminded me of a starry night sky. We were quite pleased that we chose to have dinner at Tin Cup! My daughter had the bacon cheeseburger and fries and I had the crabcake sandwich and a house salad. The crab and corn hush puppies were a great beachy treat! We highly recommend this restaurant!

   Tech issues. Cash only. Bourbon French toast was just regular French toast. Lame coffee- tasted old and burnt. Fantastic server made up for it.

   Have been several times and really enjoyed it. However, on Mother's Day we arrived to find out there was no menu and only a $45 per person buffet. We were told this AFTER we sat down and ordered drinks. No signage upon arrival indicating buffet only. We went last Mother's Day and it was great with a regular menu. We would have been okay if the value was there on the buffet. Food was not hot and barely average in taste. The only good part on the buffet was the omelet station. However, getting an omelet was not easy. They had 2 guys working hard, but a 20+ minute wait for an omelet while you are standing there is unacceptable. Poor management on getting people thru the line in a timely manner and very unorganized. I will say all the staff was tremendous in customer service and worked hard to make up for it. Sadly, they used mother's day as a money grab and it didn't go well.

   The worst experience, worst service, worst hospitality I have experienced in a while. This is the 3rd time we have tried to give Tin Cup a chance, and they failed yet again. Just utter chaos from top to bottom.

   Made a breakfast reservation for Mother's Day. Took forever to get our table and a server. Only to find they were only serving a Mother's Day brunch for $45. My Mom and I were so disappointed. We stayed at the hotel the night before to celebrate Mother's Day. We did order Mimosas but then left after waiting 30 minutes for a server to come back and give us our bill. This was our first visit there and it was disappointing.

   We were outside on a Sunday morning and the weather was perfect. Not sure if it's usually loud or not but it was very quite and low key when we were there. Avacado toast was great and perfect portion size.

   1 hour to get food . People came in after me and my wife and they received their food in a reasonable time. When we did get our food it was not the best crab cake sandwich was not good at all and the fries was cold and soggy. Chips for the crab dip was brunt . The waiter was good when they finally decided to wait on us.

    Waiter was amazing! We had a 7pm reservation and though the restaurant was almost empty we had to wait until 740 for a table. Everything about Tin Cup has declined. Too bad, great location with great views of the beach. I will not be back, terrible management!!!! O Margioni

    Our experience was just okay. The restaurant and view were absolutely beautiful. Our server was so sweet but terribly behind. It was obvious they were understaffed. We had long waits on ordering, drinks, and had to find her to pay our bill. The food was good....not amazing just good. For example, the crab dip was great but pita chips were saturated with fryer oil that clearly need to be changed. These are things I would not expect from a restaurant at this price point. I don't see us being excited to return anytime soon but maybe in the future we will give brunch a try to see if this was just an off night.

    We had reservations, but never got seated. They did not have enough staff to accommodate all the reservations they had. Poor planning on their part and offered nothing for those waiting that had reservations.

    Beautiful sunset, decent food, absolutely terrible service. The male host was working so hard cleaning tables and pouring water. However, our server, Sara, was literally absent the majority of the evening. Over an hour went by without our appetizers being delivered. When we inquired, we were told the kitchen was short staffed, which we totally understood. We then ordered our entrees. In the meantime, two other tables who arrived significantly later than we did were served their food. We asked about our appetizers again and were assured they were on their way. Our entrees were served an hour and a half after being seated, and we were told the appetizers would be out momentarily. We canceled the appetizers and asked for our check. We waited a very long time for water and drink refills. All in all, we were there 2-1/2 hours for 2 rounds of drinks, a salad, and crab cakes. No offer was made to comp a round of drinks or anything else, which would be typical in this situation. We had read the bad reviews, decided to ignore them because we looked forward to the view of the sunset, and definitely regretted our decision to go to the Tin Cup Kitchen and Oyster Bar. If you choose to go here, have extremely low service expectations.

    Simpler setting. Nice view but you can't really enjoy it in the winter. Staff was cheery and courteous. Food was actually very good. We had the jumbo cocktail shrimp, Filet mignon and sirloin. Crème brûlée All terrific. If they only would add table clothes, it'd really take it to the next level!

    Belle was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious! The atmosphere was great, and even the cooking staff was outstanding!!! Oh and did I mention that the crab corn hush puppies were out of this world!!! I had to order more!!!!!!! This is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants!!! I will be back soon!!!

    This restaurant has an ideal location and beautiful views. We stopped in for brunch and the food was underwhelming. I had Belgian waffles while the rest of my party had pancakes. The pancakes were average; not bad but nothing to write home about. The waffles were another story. They didn’t have much flavor and they were far too crispy. A crispy waffle on the outside is great, but it shouldn’t be crispy all the way through. I could barely cut through the edges with my table knife, and when I did get through the knife slammed into the plate and shook the table.

    The food was absolutely terrible. My spare ribs came out frozen in the middle. When they recooked them the rest of the food in the plate was overdone and came out with the wrong vegetable. Awful. The bill was spilt 3 ways and paid by 1. They ended up charging double ( full bill to 2 cards ) A shame because the hotel was very nice. We would not come back to the restaurant for food service. I wish I had taken a picture of the food.

    We received a call one hour before our reservation on Christmas Eve notifying us the restaurant was closing due to a frozen pipe. We we’re understanding but also quite disappointed as this has been a Christmas Eve tradition for us & we were left scrambling to make other arrangements for 6 people at the last minute. Really expected the Tin Cup to offer a free appetizer or something due to our inconvenience. That was disappointing.

    We tried Tin Cup Kitchen for a weekday lunch at noon. We were in the restaurant for 2 hrs and there were diners at only 2 other tables that entire time. The temperature was quite cold. Our server wore a sweatshirt and we had to keep our coats on throughout the meal. The location is right on the Chesapeake Bay and we were hoping to enjoy the waterfront view. Unfortunately the huge, tall bar is built right across all of the wall full of large windows, blocking the view from all the dining tables. The food items we ordered were good, but not exceptional enough to make us want to return.

    Service was Horrible. We told the bartender we wanted another drink and she left because her shift was over. The new bartender arrived and completely ignored us for more than 15 minutes- so we left.

    Food was atrocious and had to be sent back, remaining food had little to no flavor. Save your money and don’t waste it on this overpriced food that is mediocre to below average. Drinks were small portions and average at best for yet again a high price.

    So overall a 5, but was disappointed in the lack of fulfillment of my event request. My husband and I got married and we were staying at the Delta hotel, so we wanted to have dinner here. I called ahead of time to see if there were any table decorations or add ons that we could have and the person I spoke with told me that we definitely could have decorations/ flowers for our table and that she would let the evening manager know so that they could prepare. When we came in for our dinner reservation, there was no table decorations nor flowers like I was promised. When I mentioned it, nobody knew anything about it. I wanted to have a nice and elegant evening as a newly married couple, but the add ons were forfeited which was completely disappointing. I really wanted to celebrate! But service was nice, and the food was great.

    Food was good! The rockfish entree was served with a large amount of Brussel sprouts, though it was supposed to be served with potatoes instead. When told about this, the waitress had the correct side prepared and served. The rockfish and cabbage sandwiches were smaller than expected, but still tasty!
