TideHouse is all about waterfront living in Florida. Set on the second floor, overlooking the Harborage Marina and Yacht Club, TideHouse harnesses the beauty of the wide expanse views of the St. Lucie River. Facing southeast, the views span from the quaint village of Rio to the east all the way to the iconic Roosevelt Bridge to the west.

With the luxury of being on the second floor, guests get an unimpeded view of the river as they gaze over the bows of the large boats and out across the water. Come enjoy the trade wind breezes under umbrellas along our outdoor deck and under our open air porch. Enjoy the best of what Florida has to offer.

The Tidehouse is not open on Mondays. OpenTable allowed me to make a reservation that could not be fulfilled. Please update your system to prevent reservations from being made on days when the restaurant is not open for business.

We shared a couple of appetizers, the buffalo chicken dip and the Baja fish tacos and then shared the fish Reuben. Everything was good! We will make it back one day and I have already recommended this place to friends.

The macadamia crusted grouper was great. The fish dip however leaves much to be desired. It was not creamy and there was no red onion or jalapeño. The chips broke apart if you tried to scoop it leaving the customer with disappointed fish fingers.

Second time visiting. This trip was on Valentines Day. Surprisingly not crowded. We both had the fresh catch, grouper. Very good. Priced at $33. Brought my own premium wine as their selection is limited and marked up 3-4 times retail. Corkage was $25. For that the waiter opened the bottle and poured the first glass (did not come by for refills).

Beautiful restaurant. Our server Dante was wonderful! Food was still hot when it got to our table! I had the crunchy fish rice bowl, which was delicious! My husband had the Nashville hot fish hoagie with fries, the fries were perfect and the sandwich had a nice spicy flavor. Will definitely be back!

This place was fantastic! We had grouper sandwiches (which were not on the menu, but the server said “I can do that!”). $18 for a grouper sandwich is an amazing deal! And it was delicious. There was a lovely outdoor bar with music on the other side. The views were great too!

Lovely location and delightfully decorated. Great attention from wait staff. Shrimp fettuccini flatbread was so touch I had to ask for a steack knife to cut it and then almost couldn't chew it. the presentation on the fish dip was very nice - but the flavor was "different".

View over St. Lucie River very nice with outdoor seating. I had blackened grouper which was very good. Wife had salad - good - with added chicken that was dry and tough. Go for the view and enjoy the food which is not outstanding but mostly good.

We went to Tidehouse to see a band that was performing there. Our waitress was outstanding and the food was excellent. Only issue we had was with the hostess who wasn't very helpful in getting us to the right area to see the band.

From the consistently tasty food to the incredible view, eating at Tidehouse has been a pleasure for us twice now! The Maui wowie chicken, Cajun chicken alfredo and nutella s'mores flatbread do not disappoint. Dante provided excellent service last night! We'll be back.

I can honestly say, I didn’t exactly enjoy this place as much as I hoped to. The atmosphere was great, I loved sitting by the water. However, the food Quality was poor. I tried the cheesesteak which had more mushrooms than meat. The meat had a funny, season less taste. My fries were super thin and overcooked and were cold within two minutes of receiving. My date had the Maui chicken and it definitely was not cooked well. the knife she had would not cut it. Also, initially the weather was pretty cool and definitely not as warm as we hoped. Unfortunately, someone cut the fans on above us and we were freezing!! We asked if we could have them cut off as did another table, and were told they would look into it, but that did not happen. When I tried to give my complaints to the waiter, he simply gave me a thumbs up and continued to walk away. So, even though we loved The aesthetic of sitting by the water for dinner, we probably won’t be back for the tasteless food & mediocre service. Oh, And one more thing.. when I made the reservations they asked if I had any special instructions and I noted that I wanted a nice romantic vibe with a Candle or even an area in the restaurant, no one from their staff ever even bothered to acknowledge my request. So if you plan on making a special date night, be prepared to make it special with no help from Tide House.

Celebrated our 22nd anniversary. We had a reservation and the table was next to a large group with several children. We requested a more quiet and secluded spot and we’re moved several tables over. Justen was our waiter and was charming and accommodating throughout our dinner. Excellent waiter! We highly recommend this restaurant for a great time and excellent food…

Really long wait for service left after a drink. It was not busy at all and seemed like our waiter disappeared. Another server came by and said there was an issue. Really cool views and nice spot but turned out poorly.

Wanted to take my elderly dad out for dinner. Picked Tidehouse as it was nearby, ease of valet parking( Dad is in a wheelchair) and availability of a reservation. Food was fine - menu is interesting. Server was not as attentive as could have been. Dessert came out wrong and delayed in getting the right one served. (Wrong flavor of ice cream) Kudos to another FOH employee who engaged my Dad in conversation and saved the overall experience. Super kudos to the valet - moved our car under cover knowing we had a wheelchair to contend with and then helped my Dad into the car after he misstepped, preventing him from falling. Made our night to be treated so well

As other reviews noted, mixed drinks are weak. All food was excellent. Kitchen sent out dinner b4 we had time to finish appetizers. We were outside. No band. Not loud. Nice ambiance on the water. Parking can be inconvenient, as others have noted. I would definitely go back.

Dante our waiter was amazing. Excellent service and very knowledgeable! We got the Prime Rib special and it was delicious. Best one I’ve had so far in Florida. Loved the views and were able to get a couple of drinks at happy hour prices. Great experience from beginning to end. Just moved here and I plan on making it one of my new favorite places.

Townhouse was recommended by the manger at the condo we rented. The food was really good. He view overlooking a marina was spectacular. It is the wrong direction for sunsets, but great nonetheless. Service was very good. We really liked it overall and would go back.
