Executive Chef Jeff Beard has created a menu that defines the modern chophouse genre. Our wine list of over 50 wines by the glass is curated by our wine director Justin Langley, and is organized in tasting flights that can be either paired with your meal or enjoyed on their own. We also offer an exciting, seasonal cocktail list curated by our world class bar manager, Erin Lamb.

Our general manager, Laura Dubrule, ensures our guiding philosophy of offering truly great food, drink, and hospitality in their purest forms, consistently exceeds our guests expectations.     We were just in town for the day and found this on open table. They helped us get a table on the patio, made the kids fun mocktails, and we had a great meal in the pretty setting. Highly recommend.

    Lovely dinner on the terrace. We were late due to traffic (we called ahead) and they were very accommodating. Server Knowledgeable about wine and the flights which were pricey but worth it. Excellent Flank Steak salad and yummy fried tomatoes. Absolutely would recommend highly!

    Wine, food, and service are consistently excellent at the Wine Kitchen. The vegetarian dish I ordered (Korean bbq bulgogi mushrooms) was creative, delicious, and presented beautifully. I understand that the short ribs and mac and cheese were also wonderful. We both ordered and really enjoyed our wine flights (red and rose). Desserts only added to our satisfaction; we definitely recommend the mango thai basil sorbet and strawberry fields forever. Staff were friendly and attentive, and their recommendations were spot-on. It's always a pleasure to visit the Wine Kitchen.

    Wonderful experience from the service to our food. It was our anniversary and we were greeted with a card and complementary glasses of champagne. Service was outstanding and the food was 5 star.

    this used to be my favorite burger in frederick, but over the years (particularly within the last 6 months or so) the quality has steeply declined. the burgers we had were less flavorful and more dry than they used to be, and the buns were hard/over heated, with visible burn marks on the tops. there was barely any bacon jam and aioli, when there used to be an abundance of it, which, along with the hard buns, contributed to the dryness of the meal. compared to the many medium burgers we have ordered there in the past, last night's medium (on only one of our two burgers, both ordered medium) was much closer to medium rare than medium, containing a reddish, wet center. the manager who was walking by our table assessed the burger and assured us that "that's how they do their medium" and "it's an art and a science." it's unclear why, if "that's how they do their medium," it was inconsistent not only with all of our past burgers there but also the other medium burger at the table, but she did offer to take it back and cook it more. i used to recommend this burger to everyone looking for a good option in frederick but unfortunately i don't think i can continue to do so.

    We were a bit disappointed that while the kids menu had chicken fingers, none were available on Mother’s Day for my six yr old. Otherwise all was ok.

    We went to The Wine Kitchen for an anniversary dinner, and we were treated so special! The food was just wonderful - full of flavor and variety. We opted to create our own "tapas" experience, keeping to the appetizers and small plates. We left with very happy bellies and good memories of a pleasant atmosphere.

    The Wine Kitchen is an amazing dinning experience. The food is fantastic the wine list is impressive and the staff are wonderful. Parking is so simple enter the Carroll Creek Garage on Carroll Creek Way, park walk across the street where you enter and use the elevator to go up one floor. Indoor and outdoor dinning. Great place to impress.

    Dinner was good excellent ; short and duck- two great dishes perfectly prepared. We ate outside since it was nice weather. Server was helpful, polite and explained dishes in detail. Would recommend.

    It’s always a pleasure to dine at The Wine Kitchen in the Creek. There were a few new additions to the menu - and one of my favs, the butternut mignon - is currently off. Probably seasonal. However, the dinners for two were new to me. (Have I missed them all along?!). We thoroughly enjoyed the salmon en croute. Delicious!! We chose broccoli and roasted potatoes as our side. Also yummy. Next time we’re having the chicken parmesan for two!

    Went there to meet up a friend. We sat at the bar. The service was outstanding, with attentive and knowledgeable bartender who were happy to answer any questions and provide recommendations. My water glass was never empty, and my food was served promptly and at the perfect temperature. We've had a very pleasant evening. This place is a gem.

    Wow! Very impressed with the quality and service at this amazing restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious! From drinks, to dessert, even the lighting- you could tell every choice was well thought out. Our server was so sweet and kind, and he was extremely knowledgeable of alI facets of the restaurant- I believe his name was Wayne. We can’t wait to come back!!

    The roasted squash dish rated 4 stars, but the short ribs were not as tender as we’ve eaten in other places. With a delay in delivery of our wine flight that we had ordered to go with our entrees, meant that we were halfway through them before they arrived. The patio is great and we have enjoyed the inside during colder weather. We’ll be back with hopes for some minor fixes.
