   Always amazing but this time even more so! We dined outdoors and it was magical. Ivan was attentive and cordial and wee bit funny. Great night. We had the perfect scallops appetizer and Veal for dinner that melted in your mouth. The rosemary bread was aromatic and soft. See ya soon!

   They've shifted from more of a luxury dining experience to accommodate for the volume of being inside a resort. The food, service, and ambiance used to be excellent and now its just very good. The filet didn't seem as good of a selection as previous experiences and price didn't fit the quality. A $35-$45 filet at best - definitely not $55. The menu is more limited now and service was slower than expected. It used to be an excellent dining experience, but there are better options in the area now.

   I had the filet mignon, asparagus, mushrooms and a local beer. All of this was very tasty (including the bread basket), and my server was friendly. The ambience was a bit outdated and musty and could use a refresh/carpet cleaning.

    My coworkers and I had an amazing time last night! Everything was perfect from the cocktails to the dessert. I must mention that the braised bison ribs were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! The staff was the best especially our server, Brennah. She was spot on with her suggestions and recommendations and provided the best service. I will definitely be coming back again!

    Stopped by for anniversary dinner while staying at resort, sat on patio. Welcoming service, waiter grreat, food was very good the night we were there and the bar makes a good martini. Prices are not out of line with quality. They do not really enforce a dress code, despite the “formal attire” notification on Open Table

    Food amazing, service also brilliant. Ambience terrible, very loud and rowdy parties on nearby tables. The vibe did not match the description on website. Many people in casual clothes, baseball caps, shorts and vest tops.

    Been to many steakhouses and we chose this because we were staying at the hotel. The receptionist was amazing. The server started off great but got several of our orders incorrect and left our food sitting on the tray by another table. The steaks weren't cooked properly and a bit dry. The wine selection and ambiance is amazing. For the amount of money we each spent we don't think it was worth it, but if you're looking for convenience give it a try.

    Not the romantic getaway we expected. Outdoor patio was unexpectedly closed due to weather. Our table for two was placed between 4 tables, each with 6+ conference attendees. Ribeye was tender (sous vide?) but had no sear. Gnocchi was delicious though! A 15% "Service charge" is automatically added to the bill to be split by wait staff but is buried with the tax details. However, a prominent "Tip" line still appears at bottom of receipt, so you'd be tipping on the already-included tip.

    Appetizer was very good but the veal chop and ribeye were not acceptable. My ribeye was rare and I asked for medium. I mentioned to the waiter and nothing was done. Waiter seemed like he had to many tables. Not impressed for such high prices. Second visit waitress Brennah was excellent and just ordered apps and desert. She was quick and had great recommendations.

    Great ambiance and our server Anwar did a nice job. My wife loved her meal- bolognese. Alas, I was a bit disappointed. My crab cake had a nice crust but was kind of dry. The breading to crab ratio seemed to err on the side of breading. My blackened salmon didn’t have much Cajun flavor at all. Kinda mushy too. I may give them another shot but would order one of their steaks.

    Phillip, from Scotland, jk Jamaica, was an absolutely attentive and kind host for our evening. He and his colleague (from Portugal, Canada, and so forth - haha) were extremely personable and made wonderful recommendations from the menu to include drinks. They helped craft our evening at The Venetian Chop House into an unforgettable experience. The food was made to perfection and the wine and cocktails were absolutely delicious. This was our second visit to this establishment, 11 out of 10 would recommend -and if able request Phillip!

    My server Rashid was amazing. Very knowledgeable on the menu. But the food was subpar in my opinion. It was really pricey for the quality of the food. I ordered the crab cake, unfortunately it was mostly breading and my coleslaw was very very salty. For the main course I ordered the Filet Migon and it was just ok. I also ordered the lobster Mac and cheese as my side. Seems like it was a tomato base paste and that was a bit off putting. Again, very nice place but the food wasn’t mind blowing.

    One of my weirdest dining experiences ever. Had 1 main waiter and 5 assistant waiters. 1 of the waiters had no idea what a drink special was and offered to make up a special drink and then said he would name it after my wife. Veal was tough. Bronzino was supposed to be de-boned but wasn’t. Service was chaotic and slow. Our waiter tried to make up for it by giving free drinks, a free appetizer and free dessert. We appreciated the attempt but will not be back. The hotel appears to be trying to be upscale and stuffy but isn’t. The valet seemed to have quit during his shift as we waited 20 minutes for him to show up and even his boss couldn’t find him. Glad we were staying down the street at the Marriott World Center.

    The Food was outstanding, our Server Curt was phenomenal!!! Our reservation was at 630pm, lots of kids- I recommend a later reservation- but everything else was Fabulous
