   I booked by 30th birthday brunch here and they made me feel like a princess. Bottomless pear and pineapple mimosas were so delicious and different. Experience and hospitality here was a 10/10.

   Allowed us to book a reservation and when it sold out, join the waitlist. We arrived and a group of people said they had rented the place out for a Bridal Party and pointed to the sign on the door that said closed for private event. I’m not sure why they were allowing people to make reservations when they were not taking any. Was a waste of a drive and went to another tea place which was lovely. Will try to eat here again but disappointed with the service as it wasn’t even a staff member who greeted us and let us know. There was nothing on the website indicating an event was in progress either. Looks like a great place. Wish it was better prepared.

   I took my mother and sister to Vanitea Room and had the three course brunch experience. The food was super tasty and the portions were just right. We were stuffed by the end of it. The bottomless mimosas kept on coming and we had a great experience. The only downside is that I personally find it a bit overpriced but had a great experience. I hope to come back and try their afternoon tea.

   A beautiful place! I went for my birthday and I got this lovely seat on a sofa, made me feel like a true princess! The food was delicious and I asked for recommendations for an alcoholic drink, and it was spectacular. I will definitely coming again with my friends and family

    Bottomless mimosas brunch not worth it. Meal portions were small, they did not offer orange mimosas that day so we had to do lemonade and grapefruit which were very sweet ( too sweet) and the refill rate was variable. First refill took over 15 minutes which is a problem when you are limited to 1h30 seating and the plastic glasses are maybe half a regular sized mimosa. Sparkling content was also variable. With gratuity the cost was a bit too high.

    The staff were nice. The food was very very disappointing. We had the main course of stuffed croissants and they were stale possibly even defrosted or worse, kept in the fridge as one of mine at least was ice cold. Really disappointing as we had been 3 years ago and the food was very good. Now bad and extremely overpriced

    Was so happy to be here with my grandfather and sister for afternoon tea. My grandfather really loved their brisket benedict and my sister loved her romeo and juliette and I shared my afternoon tea! Thank you for such a special experience vanitea.

    Such a great and pretty teaspot! Loved the service and was very impressed by the BEST scones I've ever had. Paired with a fabulous teabox and tea latter. Rooibos was utterly regal with some sort of syrup. Looking forward to trying their patio in the summer.

    Great atmosphere and decor, good service, and I appreciate that they take reservations. But the coffee was overpriced (6$ for a latte maybe half the size of a regular "small" and $6.75 for a chai latte served in a wine glass), and the food was very bland. I had been here several years ago when they first opened and thought the same thing, but wanted to give them another chance; however, I won't be going back.

    Good food, pretty atmosphere, beautiful presentation of food and drink. The server was very passive aggressive, looking over us and pressuring us to buy more than we were comfortable with. The server also would actively forget to serve food or drinks and avoid us by frequently going to the bathroom or hiding in the kitchen.

    I don’t usually leave bad reviews but man, the prices at this place are outrageous. Not an option on the menu for less than $25 pre tax for brunch??? The food was mediocre at *best.* Service was fine, not exceptional, but it was loud as hell in there. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they seriously reconsidered their prices.

    What a delightful hidden corner. Such a special time with my nana and my cousins from the motherland. Uk influencers are not always well represented in Ottawa. Was thrilled to find this place through several friends. Recommended many times and they did not disappoint. Already made my pre-booking for mothers day waitlist.

    this spot is outstanding. From the drinks to the afternoon tea, to the vibe. Some of the best service I've ever experienced from girls my age. You can tell they appreciate all the details and care so much about everything. Highly recommend the brunch tea sampler. So much fun all around.

    Unfortunately, my friends and I are never going back to this restaurant. The service was bad, the food was not good, they were rushing us to finish up and leave, and they even charged us because ONE guest could not come because of sickness reasons, although our whole birthday group came on time, and refused to refund the charge. I do not recommand this restaurant to anytime ever. Poor quality and even poorer customer service quality.

    I was disappointed in the lack of sticking to reservation times, I believe they should build in more buffer time between reservations in order to avoid overlapping. But, other than that issue, overall everything was fantastic. Friendly staff, great food, would 100% go there again.
