We took the classic steakhouse and gave it a unique Colorado twist. From our lodge-inspired décor and our selection of over 40 Colorado whiskies to our flannel-clad staff, we strive to provide the highest caliber product in a casual and enjoyable atmosphere. At The Still, you can get the fancy steakhouse quality without the white table cloths, tuxedoed waiters, and intimidating wine list. Not that there is anything wrong with that - it’s just not our style. So, come as you are, and bring your friends. We’ll see you soon.

We reserved for Valentine’s Day as we have friends that highly recommended this place. Our server was really knowledgeable and got my husband set with some great whiskey his service was great. Now , regarding the steaks, we were disappointed.... We both ordered ribeyes and they were thin and were just not a good textured cut of meat. I don’t believe we would go back for steak.

We were at Still Whiskey Steaks for dinner before a Lincoln Center show. We had an early (5:30) reservation. We were seated upstairs which was nice and quiet. Service was very good. The food was good but nothing really special. My husband had the Walleye sandwich and I had filet minon. We had the spuds as an appetizer. The spuds were not warm and the cheese was not melted. My filet was fine but a little under done. I ordered the Rosemary Polenta as a side and it was gummy. That may just be how polenta is and I should not have ordered it. The happy hour menu and prices look good so I'd recommend trying happy hour vs the regular dinner menu and prices.

Great place for steaks and a fun time. However I can't recommend the prime rib as it was tough and not cooked well in my opinion. This was our second time going here the first time I had the filet and it was excellent. So i recommend going but stick to the steaks.

Was fantastic, but the steak was undercooked. Table next to us had same issue. They offered to fix but it’d be better to have it right the first time. We still plan to go back as it was still a great night with great service. Service and drinks are very good.

I order the top sirloin and it was dry and tough. No the best steak I have had. My companion had the elk steak and it was outstanding.

We visited with 4 adults and 2 small children. They had a large booth saved for us and our server Alex was very attentive to not only the adults but also my grandchildren. The steaks are fantastic and cooked exactly as ordered. This is definitely our new favorite place for whiskey and steaks. The prices are above average but it's still a great value.

The drinks, appetizers and salads were amazing. Great service too! The main dishes had mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts that looked and tasted very old and looked unappetizing.

The ribeye is over the top. All the beautiful vegetables you can order as well. The brussels sprouts are amazing. Not crazy about the crabcakes. We just love this restaurant

I think these are the Best steaks in Fort Collins. And their Whiskey list is fantastic. Pete at the bar will get you setup with a great cocktail. And they have a great Happy Hour.

We went for a special occasion after reading all the great reviews and were highly disappointed. The ribeye and filet were both tough to chew and I had to send mine back. Ordered medium rare and it was well done and tough as hell. Was not impressed after spending over $200.

My husband got sick. The day special has a blue cheese sauce on it and make my husband sick. He tasted a very acid taste when he was eating but thought it was supposed to be that way. Too bad because I convinced him to try out the restaurant.

Everything was delicious and our waitress was really great as well. Definitely recommend and will go back. We had their current special which was a fillet with tuna and risotto, wedge salad and as an appetizer we had the king crab cakes. Again everything was great! Definitely recommend.

We love this place. Steaks are amazing. Ambiance is great. Only downfall this trip was we had to wait 45min for our reservation. They bought us our appetizer, for the inconvenience.

This place was delicious! Fun atmosphere - excellent happy hour and everything we had was amazing! Wedge salad, french onion soup were excellent starters. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the short ribs fell off the bone and I can't stop thinking about my peach mule! Our waiter was very friendly as well. We have this one on our saved list - this is a great find!

Food was ok. Service friendly but not incredibly attentive. I ordered a $30 filet mignon & it came out semi- cold & on a cold side plate... not the type of plate I expected for a steak entree. Mushrooms were ok. My hubby got the portobello stuffed mushroom... it was also ok & drenched with a pesto which added too much oil on the plate. Best thing we got were the rolls w/ honey butter.

This is the second time we have eaten here when visiting my daughter, as we are all steak lovers. Unfortunately, we gave them a second try, and the $30 rib eye was predominately gristle. Almost inedible. The baked potato was remarkable, but I can cook a lot of them for $30. Will not return for steak again.

We had a great non-traditional Thanksgiving here and it was great!! Bartender made some pretty amazing pies, all the staff were so really engaged with all patrons - really a positive experience! I'm anxious to check this place out when it's non-holiday.
