Very busy Sunday lunchtime (1.30pm) sat in Conservatory so was quite loud but a nice buzz. Staff very good good came quite quickly all of which was excellent apart from one roast where the meat was disappointingly dry. Was asked at booking if it was a special occasion and I said yes, a birthday & gave age etc but no mention of it at all, not evrn a 'happy birthday ' which was a shame as most places these days do or say a little something.

It was the first visit to the spotted cow. We had a pizza and chicken skewers both was very well presented and tasted lovely. We both had a dessert and was not disappointed. I would recommend the food very tasty. And the overall appearance of the pub was very clean and welcoming. Nice ambience and loved the location.
