    We had an outstanding dinner last night! Our waitress Hailey, was wonderful and provided excellent service, She made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening. The presentation of everything was beautiful, and the short rib dinner was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. From the food to the service, it was a delightful experience. Highly recommend, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

    First class experience every time. The food and drinks are consistently excellent, and the staff is always knowledgeable and kind. The environment is beautiful and modern; It feels upscale and elevated without feeling overly formal and stuffy. We’re lucky to have The Refinery in Northeast PA. By far our favorite restaurant!

    Kiki was awesome as usual. Food was amazing. We had eggplant, lasagna and spare rib. Of course complements from the kitchen always help us try more menu items and it’s always appreciated.

    What an incredible experience at The Refinery in Pittston! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and we can't wait to return! We started with the fresh focaccia bread with whipped ricotta and the BBQ heirloom carrots—both were outstanding! For our entrées, we enjoyed the pinwheel lasagna and eggplant parmigiana, and neither disappointed. Both were absolutely amazing! We were also treated to several delicious compliments of the chef, including mixed marinated olives, Italian gigante beans, roasted red peppers, Nonna's meatballs, and a unique salmon mousse served in a tiny cone. Every single bite was fantastic! These thoughtful little extras made the experience even more special. The attention to detail, creativity, and quality of the food truly stood out. It's clear that a lot of care and passion goes into every dish. Such a wonderful dining experience, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!
