Truly terrible experience - table booked for 4 for 6pm, arrived on time and they had no table reserved. Shown to a table booked under someone else's name. Only other people in venue was a very loud aggressive table of drunk people. We ordered cocktails while we waited for our friends to arrive and sat down; the drinks took >10 mins to make as the bar tender was being trained but his colleague kept disappearing. I asked (the manager ?) if we could move tables away from the aggressively loud group (given the venue was empty) and was told no, we have a big booking arriving in 25 mins. I explained we wouldn't be long and didn't feel comfortable with the other table so near. The response I got was a disinterested "yeah but I've got a big booking coming in" on repeat... He muttered something about me going upstairs to find a table then disappeared, never to reappear. The drinks arrived and at £12.50 each they tasted like something out of a premade can. Truly the worst we've had in Edinburgh. We left - thankfully we met our friends and went somewhere just round the corner where the service and drinks were spot on. £25 down the drain! I never write reviews but this experience deserved mention. Laughably bad.

Great American style pub food with AMAZING hand crafted cocktails and live entertainment! Our server was ADORABLE and answered all our our questions with a charming smile 🤩
