Ladies Night uses our BFFF menu for food but we also have some select cocktails for $7 (Any of our local cocktails). A three course meal including Cheese Fondue, Salads and Chocolate Fondue for $35. The cheese and chocolate comes with samplings of our Charcuterie board and Sweet Additions, respectively, with pieces of prosciutto, summer sausage, macarons and cream puffs. If that is not enough food, you can make it a four course meal for $47 which would include Herb Crusted Chicken, Filet Mignon, Teriyaki Sirloin and Pacific White Shrimp.

Before I state this the server was nice but the experience accompanied with all the mistakes during our “experience” based dinner. No silverware, constant forgetting of our food/drinks, long intervals between checking in, and essentially reminding them we were still there at the end of the night should not be how a $150 dollar dinner should go. This was probably the worst dinner I’ve had at any restaurant in years. I’m hoping a manager reaches out as they don’t answer their phones.

We made a reso for Mother's Day at 2:30 pm and we weren't sat until 3:15. The food was pretty subpar for the cost. and worst, there were dirty plates EVERYWHERE! no wonder we had to wait so long. either hire more busers, or take fewer resos. It was so gross to see food left over and more than half the tables. We cuold also see a whole table for the waiters to be on their phones while they waited for their drinks to be made. Clean a table! We won't be back again.

40 minutes before waitress even stopped by our table. Had to go find the manager to assist. He was very apologetic. Server continued to not stop by, drinks stayed empty. Never brought drinks from bar we ordered. When we asked her to just take them off the bill she brought them with all the ice melted. Asked her again to just take them off the bill. Not sure if the server was just having an off day but her service was very poor. The manager got involved to try and help correct things. He apologized for the sub par service. Food was great though.

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect first-time dining experience at The Melting Pot! The Wisconsin cheddar was melted to perfection & the chocolate s’mores pot melted our hearts! Absolutely delicious, superior quality food, top-notch service, & relaxing ambiance! Our fabulous server, Tea, was perfect too! She was so attentive, personable, patient, & made sure that we were well taken care of throughout our dining experience. Manager, Josh, took great care of us too! We had a fantastic family dinner here, and it was an excellent choice for the two of us who are gluten free. We were asked about dietary restrictions right at check in, and they were so great about accommodating our GF needs. The food was amazing and everything on the menu is clearly marked as GF with great substitutions for our needs clearly noted. Plus the experience was really fun for the kids, and the ambience was great.

It's been a while since we've been at Melting Pot and we shouldn't have stayed away so long. Destiney was awesome and suggested different fondues we hadn't tried before (the Quattro Formaggio and Caramel Toffee Crunch were perfect!) It was a great place to celebrate my birthday and this location made it extra special.

We had an amazing girls' night at The Melting Pot. It was our first time and the service was immaculate. We were celebrating the recent nuptials of our friend and they helped us celebrate with a decorated dessert plate. The food was great, the manager was great, and Lindsey was pretty perfect as our server. We are thankful she put up with all of our questions and giggles (thanks to the sangria pitchers). My boyfriend and I celebrated our Valentines Day here and I will say there was a wait even though we had a reservation but, everything was still great. It was our first time there and the experience was great, we had a great waitress and everyone was very nice and apologized multiple times for things being slow. I definitely will be coming back!

Delayed 45 minutes after a 4:30 reservation for 2. Server was so overbooked we waited 20+ minutes between courses and felt forgotten. These folks seem to overbook to ensure at capacity and guests are impacted as a result. Have been here on slow days and no issues. Won’t do this again.

We picked the BEFORE Valentines day to avoid a lot of crowds and it worked. For the first hour we were the only ones there :) The food was awesome, the service was outstanding and the manager came around to check on the experience. Was VERY expensive and so it's like only the 3rd time in 35 yrs we have splurged. It is all about taking your time, cooking at your pace, but worth it. We left OVER Stuffed. I liked the Valentine’s Day menu. The buffalo cheese fondue was a new option but wasn’t my favorite that I’ve had there. The cherry blossom salad was great. One of my new favorites there.

Crying kids and kids looking over the walls. I understand family outings but could have a little more respect of others. For the price there should have been more privacy

We took our family for our son's 13th birthday. It was the first time we had tried the restaurant. From the impeccable service to the top shelf food and drink, it was an experience we'll all remember. It's not inexpensive, but quality rarely is. We'll be certain to come back often.
