The estate offers a stylish and relaxed experience to be shared by all. As our guests play a role in the ambience, a smart casual appearance is appreciated.

Given the style of the property, the hotel and restaurant are generally not the best environment for young children.

The Madrona was a lovely place for brunch. The atmosphere is great in a beautiful location. Our server Skylar was very friendly and offered some suggestions of her favorite dishes. The Palm Terrace is a nice location to dine, the shades were drawn due to the light rain but you could still see the beautiful gardens. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful environment in the heart of the wine country. Food still good after chef/owner change although limited menu. Only had lunch, but will return for dinner on future date. Only issue was that we messaged the restaurant that we were celebrating our birthday but upon arrival, noone wished us happy birthday nor did the server.

We had the deviled eggs with kimchi and the fried chicken. For dessert, we had black sesame ice cream. Everything was excellent. The fried chicken was very crunchy - and was very moist - perfectly cooked! The service was very friendly and attentive. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and there was a personalized note card at the table. Very special. We loved our experience here.

There was a hiccup at the start where no one was assigned our table, so we sat for a little while before anyone came to our table. This was rectified and we were taken care of after. The patio is such a pretty place to dine, and the food and drinks were delicious. Beautiful property, great anytime of day!

Been to Madrona many times. The menu choices are limited and they kitchen does not like and revisions to what's stated. Drinks take awhile to arrive. The outdoor dining is wonderful even if it's cooler. There are so many other dining choices in Healdsburg, we likely will not again frequent The Madrona.

Now this place is fabulous, the restaurant has a soul. Food was outstanding, the staff (Skylar) was perfect and our entire evening was a memorable experience. Hats off to the chef, staff and all involved with Madrona

Lovely setting views of the mountains from the porch. The inner sitting areas are wonderful with interesting art and furniture. Outdoor dining is great in the warmer months. Their kitchen gardens are impressive and grounds beautifully maintained. Their Wednesday fried chicken dinner follows the fires of 2017 designed to give tribute to the firefighters and their families.

We celebrated the retirement of long time coworker yesterday with a lunch on the patio at The Madrona. It absolutely exceeded every expectation! We started with a lovely fresh-baked bread appetizer (because who doesn't like bread?!) and then two of us had the chicken sandwich and two of us had the Caesar Mezzaluna salad with grilled chicken, which was outstanding. Just the right flavors thanks to the "Everything" (lightly) crusted chicken and crispy greens on a delicious flat bread. We also shared two desserts - the sundae with a smoky chocolate sauce and the warm kuchen (cake) with Creme Fraiche and cherries. Both were incredibly delicious. The service and the atmosphere, of course, were just wonderful. I hadn't been back to The Madrona since my daughter was wed there 6 years ago. The "reimagining" is nothing short of fabulous with the utmost attention to every detail. But don't worry - this place is not stuffy, in fact everyone was so warm and friendly. I didn't want to leave and I will be back soon!
