We've ordered a tomahawk steak and it was amazing. Perfect level of doneness,medium rare as we wanted. Price for this dish is also very good Tartare was also great but the forge salad wasn't something exceptional also coleslaw rather average quality. Service was amazing, friendly,helpful and professional. In overall it was good experience 😃

We dined here the next night after eating at Hakkasan. We thought the short ribs were excellent at Hakkasan -- and they were. However, the short ribs at The Forge were the best ever! The staff was friendly and explained the process; but all I remember is the taste, texture and patina (if meat can have such and these succulent pieces did). The morsels melted in our mouth and were kissed with salt prior to serving -- nothing more. They have a meat flight -- very unique and enjoyable. Spend time reviewing the menu, but do not skip the short ribs (please). They also have a library selection of cuts to choose from. Enjoy the options -- we did. Charis -- our server -- was attentive, friendly and engaging. She made the dining experience wonderful and thus ask for her service when you reserve. She may strongly suggest that you order the broccoli -- :-)

Service as always was exceptional. Their former head chef would always come around to the table for a chat. Didn’t happen this time as it seems he has left. But the food was still very good. But I come there because of the very warm welcome k always get.

The Forge is the steak house yard stick. If you want to experience what every one means by a juicy piece of steak, go no further, the best in my experience, the other steak house which provide similar fine cuts of steak grilled to perfection is back there in Texas.

I made the reservation about a week or so before the dinner was to happen, through open table at the Forge Restaurant in North Bay Village, in Miami Fl. Not in Abu Dhabi, in the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Due a terrible traffic situation in the Florida Keys on Saturday May 25 2019, our 2.5 hour trip from Palm Beach to the Florida Keys earlier that day turned into a 7 hour ride. Watch the hours slip past, I decided at a late hour where it would be a hard run, immediately to turn back once we arrived in the Florida Keys, back 2.5 hours to the Forge in North Bay Village in N. Miami Beach Fl. So I called the restaurant direct, and to my surprise I listen to the answering machine many times, that the Forge Restaurant is closed for the summer season for renovations. I made several attempts on your app to reach open table, to find out if that message was true or an old phone message, never really got that straight, but after reviewing the reservation in your app, I realized that the reservation was made for 8:30pm that evening in Abu Dhabi, and I had gotten my confirmation. Maybe you should have made that real clear in large block letters that the Forge in N. Miami Fl. USA was closed for renovations and this reservation was being made in Abu Dhabi. So my first experience with your app was not a pleasant one. The evening was not a total loss as we were directed to a small steakhouse in Islamorada Florida, were myself and my friend ate steak, I will add I ate maybe the best fillet mignon I ever had in my life, I’m 61 years old and I’ve eaten a lot of filet mignon. The restaurant was called Ziggy Maddog. Martin Abrams.

Lovely restaurant with great staff. Food was cooked to perfection and top notch. The only negative is a restaurant of this class should not have simple listed menu items such as portobello mushrooms and pumpkin being non available. They have two major supermarkets within a 10 minute drive with shelf loads of both. But the evening was greatly enjoyed.

It was unfortunate that i receieved a call 15 minutes before my reservation to let me know that the restaurant is actually closed on Sunday, although my reservation was done one day before! Thanks to the Chinese restaurant manager who have managed to make it up to me at their restaurant since it was my wife’s birthday!

Overall it was an excellent experience, it was a highlight of our holiday. The restaurant was amazing with small areas for you to feel intimate with your guests, but still felt that you were a priority for the restaurant and not forgotten about. The food was amazing, be aware that the portions are on the larger side so we shared a main course with additional sides and add ons. The bread basket was amazing being fresh and warm and did not stop coming unless you asked. Staff were also really really good nothing was too much trouble and all requests were met and never seemed to be a problem. We would recommend this to anybody within Abu Dhabi as a must visit. Thanks to everybody at the Forge.

My wife and I visited for the first time for our wedding anniversary. We were blown away by the food and the attention from the staff in an unobtrusive manner that made a special occasion very memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely return when we are next in Abu Dhabi.
