   It was very slow service and the restaurant wasn’t busy. We decided to not eat after it took so long for our drinks. The ambiance is gorgeous, just missed the mark for our group.

   our server was Parker…very cool guy, very engaging, great sense of humor, first-class service…the food was great…so we’re the cocktails…great vibes and experience top to bottom…looking forward to going back…best dining experience in Savannah…they even let us bring our dog inside.

   Very happy with food and service. Unique decor - enjoyed our evening. Only reason gave 4 instead of 5 is because of the open room, it's loud. Just go in knowing that.

   Food and service outstanding. Easy to get reservation same day. Have dined here previously and quality of food and waitstaff remains top-notch. Will definitely be back. Burger and fish special were great choices for us and cooked to perfection. Extensive drink selections.

   Such a disappointment. This was my third time coming here and unfortunately it will be my last. New chef, new menu, just not good. The chef enjoys way to much spices ON EVERYTHING! Scallops and pork belly was good but ruined with a spicy sauce, herbs in the lobster pasta did not go well at all! Mint & Tarragon??! Not sure what the chef is thinking. Even the burger had a spicy sauce, plus was nowhere to a medium temperature, cooked all the way thru and dry. The restaurant is so loud so this time I tried to go at their first seating which helped until a large party came in an hour later. Sound baffling of some sort has to happen there. Not enjoyable at all. There are so many good restaurants in the city and The Emporium was on my list but no longer. I would strongly encourage any future customers to enjoy a good meal elsewhere.     Great food and staff. If not for the family behind us with a crying baby and 2 year old that kept knocking me in the back. It would have been a wonderful experience 100%

    My daughter and I dined here for brunch on Mother's Day. My daughter has food allergies and it isn't often that a brunch menu has options for her. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate us!! My daughter was able to choose between several entrees. She decided on the crab omelette (GF and DF) and it was delicious. I had the french toast and was not disappointed. I highly recommend The Emporium.

    WOW! What an experience. My family was in town to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday--We had dinners planned each night and this was my personal favorite of the trip. The pork belly was incredible as well as both entrees (churrasco and whole fish). Brian, our server, was phenomenal. He provided amazing suggestions and was the perfect balance of attentive, but not intrusive. He did not make us feel at all rushed and was such a gem! We cannot wait to return to Savannah and will definitely be returning to Emporium. Make sure you get drinks at Peregrin before!!!

    Two of us shared the focaccia, market salad and lobster pasta dishes. Everything was delicious! And the kitchen was kind enough to split the salad and pasta dishes for us, which made for an even better dining experience. The list of wines by the glass was brief, but there were good choices. We were a little disappointed by the amount of the pours for the price. Given how busy they were, service was good.

    We chose The Emporium based on close proximity and walking distance to The Civic Center. The interior is lovely with interesting artwork, tiles and modern lighting. Service was impeccable-interested and accommodating. The menu is creative combining classics with a Southern local twist. The wine list is a bit expensive but quite varied; it is undergoing revision and our first few choices were not available. My husband’s burger took a few attempts to get to temperature but was delicious. The side of fries a crispy and well-seasoned served piping hot. Will definitely save room for dessert next time-the key lime looked amazing.

    We were from out of town in Savannah just in from the airport and I wanted to bring my partner to a restaurant that I experienced years. We arrived at your restaurant at 1:50 after driving from the airport and I explained the occasion/situation and my history with the your restaurant to the manager who refused to serve us stating that they stop serving at 2:00. However, I did not let her lack of accommodation deter me from dining at a restaurant that I had fond memories of. Thus on our way back to the airport from the Sea Pines Resort, we dined at your restaurant for brunch. The server was excellent, the food was tasty, the ambiance was as I remember, but the had nothing to say about our initial encounter with her and made no effort to show that she cared about the way she turned us away. It certainly didn’t represent southern hospitality and I thought to myself, it was more like New Jersey - her state of origin.

    Over all it’s your expected hotel restaurant experience. A bit dated feel. Worn out tables and napkins at brunch. Had hair in one of our apps and had to return it. Drinks seemed heavy on juice. Overall wanted to like it from the look but wasn’t feeling it.

    This was by far the best dining experience we had while in Savannah. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was friendly, professional, funny and engaging. The food was well thought out and delicious! The chef even gave us the recipe for the carrot side dish! If you are in Savannah, go to the Emporium. You won't regret it!

    I took my Mother (who flew in from NJ) and my uncle (who drove in from FL) here on Easter Sunday for our last meal together before they went back home. All of the food was delicious and well spaced out. Kristin (sp?) was our server and she was outstanding. Knowledgeable and very attentive without smothering us. The lobster pasta was the star of the night. Humongous hunks of perfectly cooked claw and tail meat with spaghetti and a surprisingly light, yellow chili cream sauce that doesn’t sit like a bucket of wet cement in your stomach. Well done! Will be sending any and all incoming friends and family your way!

    Went for brunch on Easter, but didn’t realize it was buffet or a tiny lunch menu only. Service was slow and our waiter acted bothered that we wanted water, or truly anything at all. He couldn’t wait to get away from our table, and didn’t ask if we needed anything. $125 for the buffet was unbelievable, and was not listed anywhere until we got our check. The prime rib was overdone, but the rest of the food was fine. I’m sure their regular menu would be nice, but it was a bit of a rip off and disappointing that we got charged full gratuity for only a party of 2. Don’t waste your time on a holiday here, but probably better for coffee to go.

    Most of the food was quite good, and the people watching was engaging. But although there was a team of servers/runners/bussers, we seemed to have slipped through the cracks at several points in the evening. I know the whole industry is beset by staffing shortages and try to suck it up, but this got on my nerves after a while. The ambiance is great, the space is roomy and comfortable, and maybe it was just a bad night service wise. Overall, a good addition to that part of Savannah.
