   Hands down the best darn brunch we have had this year!!! Staff are awesome! Food is ridiculously good (not like it is a surprise - we had been to dinner plenty of times and always love them!!), even the customers are great this morning!!! Thank you so much for a fantastic morning!!!

   Quality food. Great service. Great wine selection with plenty of choices and price points. Great service. Intimate, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere. Woodberry Kitchen/Tavern gets a lot of praise in the area but I'd pick Elkridge Furnace Inn every time. My only suggestions for improvement are a better beer selection that focuses on local breweries and another option or two for main courses that are vegetarian friendly.

   My husband and I were celebrating our 31st anniversary. We love Elkridge inn for special occasions. The food an service never disappoints. Thanks for making our evening special.     I have not visited since prior to the start of the pandemic and my return visit was amazing . The seafood crepe and potato galette were absolutely delicious. My colleague loved her meal and the ambience also . The service was impeccable as usual and I look forward to visiting again soon .

    We really enjoyed our brunch. Out of 6 meals, all of which were different, the only not so great comment was given to a Gillian which a waffle with maple gastrque sauce. It could be unusual to taste vinegar in the waffle sauce. Desserts were nice as well.

    All the food was amazing. We had the French onion soup, the lamb, crab cakes, and the apple tart. The atmosphere was quiet but comfortable and quaint.

    Beautiful historic setting. Service was excellent from greeting to finish. Never left wanting for anything. Food was exceptional. Chef Dan has prepared a menu that has tastes for anyone. Wine list is extensive and pairing recommendations were spot on. Thank you for a very remarkable dinning experience. Will be back.

    We really enjoyed the Valentine’s Day menu and experience! The food choices were interesting, and everything we selected was delicious, particularly the red pepper bisque, veal, filet mignon and chocolate soufflé. A beautiful place for dinner! Highly recommend!

    This was our fourth year celebrating Valentines Day at EFI. I love the fact they never rush the courses and allow me to finish and savor each course before bringing the next. They truly let me enjoy my meal. This year was no different. The whole meal was amazing and didn't disappoint. My steak was so tender that I could cut it with a butter knife. If you have not visited The Elkridge Furnace Inn, you are missing out. Be sure to add the EFI to your bucket list.

    There for Valentine's day dinner had a room to our selves. Great atmosphere, Service and food. Prices are not cheap but great place to celebrate something special or enjoy some very fine dining.

    This was our first visit and it won't be our last. It was the perfect place for a Valentine dinner. I had a wonderful curry crab soup and the crab cakes. The crab cakes were nearly all lump crab meat. The vegetable mix with brussell sprouts and fingerling potatoes was the perfect addition to the crab cakes. We shared a chocolate creme brulee that was wonderful. We signed up to attend their St. Patrick's Day dinner and Irish dancing event. This is a great new find for us. It is not close by us, but is definitely worth the drive.

    The staff are quite friendly and the historic venue is quite charming. The food started out great. Cream of Baltimore soup was rich and full of meaty crab chunks. The main course was a bit lacking of spices. My wife ordered her favorite desert, crème brûlée only to find out it really wasn’t a crème brûlée but more like chocolate pudding. Finally, as we were having desert, my wife noticed something on my shoulder. A beetle. Yes, it was right next to my face, crawling on my shoulder. I shoved it down to the floor and watched it for the remainder of our dinner to make sure it didn’t try to become my friend again. As soon as we got the check we ran out of there quickly…I guess dining in a historic building has its drawbacks too.

    Word”delicious “ can’t describe the food they offered to us. It was better than in most upscale restaurants we went to. Service was outstanding as well, our server Parrish was very knowledgeable and knew every tiny detail about food he offered. Pairing wine and food was also outstanding. We visited this restaurant before COVID many times but now our experience was beyond great. We will definitely be back. Prices are very reasonable for the food they offer. Thank you guys!

    Time and again we've had truly remarkable experiences with our many friends at EFI. The food, from salads through entrees to the apple tart tatin, was filled with so many layers of flavors and all prepared to perfection. A special shout out to the crab curry on the specials list!     The menu changes with the seasons and is always interesting. The food is expertly prepared and presented, and the service is spot on. Many of the offerings are locally sourced, some even coming from the property. The wine list is extensive and comprehensive. The servers are more than happy to recommend a pairing. Don't be surprised if Chef Dan drops by your table to have a chat. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.

    Went during restaurant week. Enjoyed the 3 course options that were different from other restaurants. My soup had a delicate taste and the crab topping added a perfect balance. Truly enjoyed all the courses.
