Built in 1899 and located in the center of town is the Clinkscale building. The lower level houses our Lobby Bar and Restaurant serving Craft Cocktails and Modern American Cuisine. Open for service without reservation for breakfast, brunch, & lunch, with reservations recommended for dinner. Upstairs you will find our boutique hotel with 6 Exquisite Guest Rooms and a Penthouse each with luxury amenities individually decorated which just add to this building’s already Historic charm. Wow, I can't say enough about the Clinkscale from the time we walked through the door. Everything was outstanding! We went on Halloween and our anniversary and they did not disappoint. A must if you visit Jerome.

Our experience was outstanding! All of our food was great- chicken Milanese, fish tacos, guacamole & elote & fries & salad. Margaritas were the best!! Server Savannah was wonderful. Sorry, we had so much fun forgot to take photos!

The top spot in the little spooky mining town of Jerome. Everything is fresh and the decor is nostalgic. The food was fantastic. I ordered the “cauliflower steak” burger with fries. My husband had the steak Caesar. The bartender made me a spicy margarita which was fabulous and our server was friendly, attentive and knows a lot about the area. Very thoughtful manager.

The poblano tomatoe soup was superb. The bone in ribeye was chewy and not very tasty.

The Clinkscale is truly one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Arizona. Every time my wife and I visit Jerome, coming here is something we look forward to, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently incredible, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is absolutely outstanding. You can tell there is a genuine level of care put into the entire experience—from the quality of the food to the way you are treated from the moment you walk in. We have been here multiple times, and somehow every visit reminds us why we love it so much. The Clinkscale has become one of those special places that we associate with great memories, amazing meals, and our trips to Jerome. If you are visiting Jerome, do yourself a favor and make The Clinkscale part of your trip. Easily one of the best restaurants we have experienced in Arizona. Incredible food, incredible people, and an incredible experience every single time. We cannot recommend it enough!
