Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Give your planner of a partner the night off and let me help you look REALLY good. 🗓️ @thecapitalgrille has an event going on now until April 19th called Wagyu & Wine. Basically, a very good cheeseburger, fries, and a fancy glass of red wine all for $35. If you were to go outside of this event, it would be $50+, so an actual deal. 🍷 You choose between three burgers and three wines. They have suggested pairings, but you can mix and match as you please. 🍔 Order some Brussels sprouts and thank me later! 🌱 Chicago friends: if you’re on the north side or in the north suburbs, the Skokie location was perfect for this! There’s also a location in River North if that’s closer to you. Looks like there’s also one in Rosemont. 🗺️ Not a paid or comped partnership, I’m just a fan and like to share good foodie experiences with you. Too bad it’s closing We can all thank Orchard Mall owners and the Village of Skokie for destroying a great restaurant Raising rents and taxes does not keep a successful business here. Over taxing and rent fees killed it Thanks to the great staff for everything over last 3 years Please find another spot near here to reopen

We went to Capitol Grille in Skokie, Illinois at old Orchard on its last night. The food was perfect. The staff was fabulous. Sorry to see them go.

So sad to be at the closing of Capital Grille Old Orchard. It was our go to celebration restaurant and perfect for meeting friends from the city half way. Great menu and good service.

So sad closing next week Best restaurant on the North Shore Skokie and Old Orchard taxes drive them out Hopefully they open near by at a better fit location Thanks to everyone from valet to the manager for excellent experience
