Outstanding food and experience at the St.Regis as you’d expect. Selection at buffet was incredible, food perfectly prepared with great variety. Is expensive but absolutely 5* and a great brunch buffet experience

Good food, nice ambience and friendly staff. A tad on the pricier side, a meal for two without alcohol could easily fetch RM1k (with shared starters and dessert). Good for special occasions.

Very nice ambience. I was there for my birthday celebration. Service was very good, staff were attentive. The spread was awesome, my favorite were the very fresh cold seafood. Nice setting to take grand pictures.

Everything was excellent but I wished the 3-course dinner became 4-courses by adding a salad, or give diner the option of swapping dessert for salad. Otherwise the entire meal had no vegetables. Ambiance was quiet understated elegance. Service personnel was warm but unobtrusive. We very much enjoyed our dinner at the Brasserie, St Regis KL.

Strongly recommend! The waiters are friendly and knowledgeable in terms of food recommendation and explanation. At the end of our meal the head chef came and ask our opinion and dining experience. Might not be the cheapest but definitely one of the most valuable and pleasant dining experience I had by far.

The food was outstanding and the buffet was more than ample to provide a very good lunch. The Salmon Wellington is a very good signature dish and this was complimented by some very tender lamb chops. I went for the alcohol package but felt that the 200 ringgit supplement was excessive. for 3 glasses of wine. The ambience was excellent and provided a very relaxed dining environment. The staff were attentive and co-operative and added to the experience. I will certainty try this again as it is unusual to encounter food of such a consistently high standard, every dish tried was thoroughly enjoyed.

The food did not worth the price. Cheap food such as wedges, lettuce, beetroot are something that I'm really surprise that a 5-star hotel can prepare. Not much variety of choices with the price charged (RM300++ per pax) Overall, I am just disappointed with such price charged for this kind of varieties.

Seafood was excellent, especially the sashimi, prawns and oysters. Hot food selection was good but not exceptional. I opted for the all inclusive package but found the service a bit slow and I was regularly waiting to either order a drink or have it delivered. As nice an experience as it was, would probably not return but rather try one of the other brunch locations in KL.

Pretty average experience. Food was tasty however it was mostly luke warm and not served hot at all. There was a private room of guests and a table Of 6 or 8 close by that I guess were having more attention. The rest of the dining room was empty. No name use, served male first before female. Awful selection of wine by the glass. One glass was a bit corked. French onion soup was more like french onion gravy. Just incredibly average for a St.Regis. Definitely not rushing back….

We had a bad experience at the St Regis Sunday Brunch. Food had to be sent back multiple times as ingredients were missing. The prawns still had their black intestines inside (black vain). Hot food was cold when it arrived at the table. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn't properly trained. There were also too few staff for the size of the room. Fortuately it wasn't busy as I dont know how they would have coped then. I don't blame the staff btw. It is their management, who hasn't trained them and who were also not visible on the floor and, as we found out, not present at all. If you want to open up after lockdown, then the management should have been all over making sure everything goes well and welcomes the guests back. We also heard that the sous-chef was managing the kitchen as the executive chef wasn't working. For RM450 pp in a hotel from the level of St Regis, one expects a lot more. Other Sunday brunches in the city didn't have any last-minute availability, except for the St Regis. I wonder why... On top of that we had to pay RM32 for parking which could have been waived if the F&B staff had taken the time to ask us about it when we left the restaurant, which they did not.

It was a special day for me, my birthday. So it was important to get it right. We settled for a beef steak for my wife abd my favourite rack of lamb. The steak was a huge serving, but the lamb was not quite adequate. Cooking and taste were both very good. Service was attentive but unobtrusive. We will be going back in future.

Ambience of the restaurant is nice. Cozy and clean. Appetizer - We were not given an appetizer plate. We were forced to use the small bread plate to have our appetizer. Generally appetizer are great, seafood on ice was fresh. The artichoke and olives are tasty. However the vegetable cut like carrot and zucchini was left in the air for too long and it dehydrated. The bread also turns tough. We ordered egg royale and steak and eggs. It was disappointing whereby the hollandaise sauce had some solidify oil which show the sauce has been left in the air for too long. The egg is not a poached egg but looks more like sous vide or half boiled egg. It was not served with english muffin but some harden bread like benggali bread.The worst thing is it is cold. Same to steak and eggs, the steak was ok, tender but it was cold as well. The main dishes are disappointing as well. Roast lamb is ok. However the paella is undercooked and under seasoned. Our plate only have 2 clams + 2 mussels but other table having like 2 clams + 4 mussels. The moroccan chicken is also under seasoned. The sauce that comes with the chicken is also quite bland. But I would like to commend the Tabbouleh, it was the star of the day. Perfectly cooked and well seasoned. As for desserts, I am happy with it. If I may suggest an improvement. Try serve desserts with different texture because all three desserts that we had is very similar, it was creamed based.

Ordered the onion soup and sea bass. - onion soup was lacking onion flavour, lacks the sweetness from the caramelized onions - sea bass was overcooked. Staff were slow and got the amount in my bill wrong 3 times.

Everything was good , the food , the service. We had the Malaysia day menu, everything was cute and delicious. All courses were designed and prepared delicately with a story behind, very creative and unique from the chef , you can feel the passion of the chef just by looking at the plating. Definitely expecting more of these kinds of menu !! Highly recommended and would most likely return to try out their different theme of set course menu in the coming festives ! Money well spent totally worth it!

The Bresserie. There should be consistency. My first experience dining at this restaurant in July 2020, whereby i bought dinner for 10 pax and spent about RM1,600 bill, but there was no chef or anyone checking and asking if everything is okay. In fact, the service was quite slow. But when i came with my colleague last Friday, just the two of us, but there is someone (looks like a chef) came to us and ask is everything is okay. My only comments was that when there were only 3 tables dining at the restaurant, the waiters are not attentive in clearing the empty plates on a timely manner. Where is the consistency?

I like that the place is quiet and sitting at a corner booth made a lot of difference for us. The wait staff were friendly and pleasant - but perhaps could be a bit more attentive in terms of refilling our glasses. Also, don't hover around the table waiting for me to take my last bite before clearing my plate - although I can see the main course ready to serve. If anything, serving should be done at my timing and not rushing me to finish my food. Food was good - I love the Alaskan King Crab bruschetta and the Artichoke Hearts. For the main course, I'm happy with the Sea Bass but a little torn on the Ribeye that we had - we asked for Medium Rare but it came out rather well done. I'm not sure if it was cooked a little too early, hence it became overcooked while waiting to be served - which is why the little rush as mentioned above ... Overall, still a good experience but being St Regis, I think I expected the above to not have happened.

My wife Ivy and I celebrated our birthdays with friends last weekend. We had a wonderful time. We were very well looked after, the food was superb and the ambience sublime. The staff were good humoured, professional and attentive. All our invited guests felt the same way. We will return! Wish we could be residents.

I would recommend the restaurant to a friend. but with my explanation: We came for the second time -first time was during a special wine and dinner event and we said 'we need to come back, since the food was very good'. Second time it was ok - but not as good as expected. Main course meat (although on the menu as Wagyu) was not tender and under cooked - so needed to go back to the kitchen. Presentation was not spectaculair and still not tender. Starter of foie gras and rillettes was very good and nicely presented. Bread was good. Very attentive that we were given a special Birthday dessert. Ambiance is ok, but it was very quiet - not many guests around.

Price is expensive but they serve quality food. Other reviewers said limited variety but for me the variety is good and sufficient. Lots of varieties for desserts, I like the pan seared foie gras, alaska king crab, salmon roe and caviar.

Overall good experience. Waiter made some recommendations and they were good (it was our 3rd back here). Lobster pasta was a little difficult to handle. They had the lobster shell and claw which made things a little messy for a fine dining place. The lobster was a little tough n rubbery. Ribeye was surprisingly ok. It was tender and juices were maintained. Team could have been a little more attentive. Our plates were left on the table for a while before they came to clear them - they were not full. Water refills took a while. Finger bowl wasn’t there when the lobster dish came. Overall still a good experience.

The bokking was made in a month ago. Two weeks before the dinner they informed me the restaurant is booked by a company on that day and ask me if i can change to another day. Of course is not an issue for me. Then they email and asked me to submit the credit card authorisation for to secure my booking. When i replied with my details, it was rejected by their st regis company email system. But the people still insist me to provide to their mobile number which against their company policy of submission credit card details. After all the communication and troubles then thy willing to hold my booking On that day, their bread has some plastic fibre!
