Love their appetizers, especially the beef tartare on beef crisps and the salmon skin tacos. So innovative! The bao sliders are also really delicious. They are actually off the menu now but are available upon request.

This is our fourth time at Black Sheep and it is probably one of the top restaurants in all of Vegas. Chef is creative with flavors and each dish is perfectly balanced and delicious. Their new calamari addition is out of this world and the taco skins were perfect. Our outstanding server Dean is very passionate about chefs food , very knowledgeable and he has a great personality. He made our evening memorable. I will always recommend this amazing gem. 💎

Unbelievably spectacular. Jaime’s creativity, flavors and innovation are truly a joy to experience. We love, love, loved the new Poached Quince Salad. If we lived in Vegas, we’d be at your restaurant all the time. We make it a priority every time we visit. Surpasses many Michelin Star restaurants we have visited. PLEASE release a cook book!!

Very good food and drinks. Split a few appetizers (quince & apple salad, salmon skin tacos and imperial rolls) and had the pork belly and short rib. Nice spot away from the strip.

We had 8:30 pm reservations. This was our second visit in the past month. We are from out of town, but love the food. We arrived 10 minutes late, but our table was still reserved. We were seated and noticed a very large party was nearby. The restaurant was full, but not uncomfortably so. The service was attentive and spot on. You would never know there was a large party taxing the staff. The food was delicious and memorable. We ended up closing the restaurant, but the sraff did not rush us. The bau sliders and trout were keepers. We will be returning the next time we are in town for a sporting event.

The food was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I cannot wait to return. I ordered the salmon skin tacos, calamari, trout, glass noodles, and kimchi short rib fried rice. If you’re in Las Vegas, you MUST eat here!

All on all it was an incredible meal with excellent cocktails. The service was excellent and the timing was spot on. It was absolutely worth the drive and a great value. That said, we chose this spot specifically because of the menu offerings posted on their website. Was extremely disappointed to find out upon arrival that the dishes we were all interested in were no longer available. Management took the time to update the specials, but failed to update the menu.

I was very excited to try this place out while visiting Las Vegas. It was a Sunday night so it was fairly slow. I sat at the bar as I was alone. I indicated that I wanted to try things but didn’t want too much food. I ended up getting 4 appetizers. 3 would have been better. I got the salmon skin tacos because that is the signature dish. I could have passed on them. Good but not amazing. I loved the plum and peach salad and the shu mai the best. The calamari was good but I don’t think I fully appreciated it due to my fullness. Chef was there and it was great to hear her signature laugh. It was slow enough so she could have said hello to everyone but just talked to a table that bought her a shot. The bartender that was my server was great. I wish I would have had room to try another cocktail. As the cocktail list was small but very interesting. I highly recommended for any local to check it out and if you are adventurous visitor with some friends it’s worth the Uber to check out.

Always a wonderful dinner here. Might be my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas! Salmon skin tacos are deliciously consistent as are the noodles and the calamari. I do miss the grilled octopus which was my favorite dish. We had the plum and peach arugula salad this time and it was beautiful. Like having dessert for salad or vice versus. Crème brûlée in a salad? Genius! Highly recommend. Always.

Had a great time dining with a friend at the bar. We shared 3 dishes (salmon tacos, calamari, and braised short ribs) - all were delicious, perfectly prepared, with a creative twist. I can't wait to go back again.

We live out of state. But whenever we visit Las Vegas we make it a point to stop by and dine at the Black Sheep. Jamie Tran’s food NEVER disappoints. And we try new dishes every visit because we’re that confident it’ll rock. But we do have our favorites like the short ribs, pork jowl, trout, hamachi crudo and their fried beef crisp 🤌🏻. Trust me.

One of the best restaurants I have eaten at , the dinner was outstanding . The service was great, the only recommendation is that the napkins are paper and not cloth , for a high end restaurant this can certainly be something that the owner Chef Tran could consider .
