Our server was very friendly and helpful and dining in the sphere was fun. The ambience was very cozy and pleasant. We had dinner on a Sunday evening and the food was somewhat disappointing as we had read great reviews. The staff were very accommodating and tried their best to give us a great experience.

The poached egg on my avocado & smoked salmon toast was perfect. The breakfast potatoes are a little too small, which made them a little oily, but still very tasty. The setting is beautiful, especially in the dome. The all natural wood tables are stunning. Service is quick, accommodating and very friendly. Reservations are recommended as it is a small, cozy place that gets very busy, especially with the change of leaves in September/ October. Stunningly beautiful too.

Everything at the restaurant was great. However, the online menu that popped up when I received e-reminders about the reservation was outdated and not accurate, so what I had planned to order was not available. Those attending should make sure to get an up to date online menu if that is important in their decision to eat there or not.

Beautiful meal! The braised ribs were very flavourful and melted off the bone. The chocolate lava cake was also great.

We ordered vegetable tempura for a starter. It had no resemblance to Japanese tempura. It was more like it had been rolled in cornflakes, and it was almost all broccoli despite the description. Then we had the risotto which we both agreed was tasteless. We asked for some parmesan to put on it and were told we would have to pay for the Parmesan. We said yes, and were brought a small bowl with some tasteless cheese that did not resemble Parmesan. When it came time to pay, we were overcharged by $26 on the wine. The server had already rung it through. When we requested an adjustment, she said the bottle of wine we had ordered cost the same as the bottle she had charged. This was false and we pointed it out to her. She then spent about 40 minutes figuring out how to adjust the bill. We had already tipped on the larger amount and were disgruntled, needless to say. We love fine dining, and this was our Mother's Day dinner and was a huge disappointment. I don't know where the positive ratings are coming from, but I cannot think that they were genuine.

The music was loud at first but the lady quickly turned it down upon request. Good is really good. Served by the cook himself adds to the experience.

,We had the chicken and the beef ribs, and both were a amazing! Bone marrow and carrot appetizers were also great! The mara was mixed with delicious flavorful herbs.
