Coppa-Dry cured capiocolla, is a boneless pork shoulder that is hand rubbed with spices and dry cured for months. Coppa is similiar in texture to prosciutto and should be sliced as thinly as possible to capture it's true tenderness. It has a rich earthy flavor. Bresola- Air -dried, salted beef that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple color. It is made from top (inside) round, and it is lean and tender, with a sweet, musty smell. It originated in Valtellina, a variety of the Alps of Northern Italy's Lombardy region. I had the salmon which was delicious. My dining companion ordered the steak frittes which was incredibly tough and chewy. I tasted the steak as well, and it was almost impossible to cut. Our server was friendly, polite and attentive. The steak should have been sent back, but my companion wasn't comfortable doing so. The steak frittes was a disappointment.

Lovely dinner seated by the window and served exceptional food. Started with crispy potato skins, cream of crab soup and fried lobster tail. They were all spot on. Wife had the Ceasar salad and I had the sea bass with saffron rice and asparagus. Split the goat cheese cake. Drinks were top shelf as well.

Went for a business dinner with a colleague visiting from out of town. The food was very good and the service was excellent, as usual. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent food and experience. It was a bit noisy for a business dinner, which was odd on a Monday night. Overall we would definitely go again.

This restaurant is wonderful. It rates with all the 4 stars places in the city but much closer and nicer. The wine and the food were wonderful. I had the NY strip which was cooked to perfection and wonderfully flavored. My wife had the boneless short rib and it was tender and spiced well.

I enjoyed the Beaumont salad…fried lobster tail is very special!!! I did not like how we were greeted…all the manager needed to do was make eye contact with us while we waited at the door. When he did come over to us He made a weak excuse why we couldn’t have a table up front and proceeded us back to a table next to the kitchen and wall…it was ok but I will not sit there again. The Beaumont is a nice addition to Catonsville.

The Beaumont hits all of my buttons for a great place. It’s a relatively small, local steakhouse with great steaks, a very nice selection of bourbon and rye at the bar and a friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. It really doesn’t get much better than the Beaumont for me. The only reason I gave it four stars on ambiance is that the tables are pretty close together. This is good for me since I love talking with strangers. But, I know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. All in all, definitely a five star experience.

We waited 30 minutes for our salad and there were only 5 people in the restaurant. We were there for brunch and we found the steak very tough needed a steak knife to cut it. The waitress was busy as three more people came in When she showed up she was pleasant but did not show up very often. We would probably not go back for the price I dont think we got our monies worth Very disappointed must be a better place for date night because of the reviews we read

Had another great meal, for an early Valentine's dinner. Food was great. Service was great, just a little slow due to it being a full house. We ate in the dining room. Lite jazz music was a nice touch. Prices are above average, but you get what you pay for.

My husband and I decided to celebrate Valentine's Day a few days earlier to avoid the crowds. Best decision ever! The food was scrumptious! We shared the tomahawk steak special with 8oz Lobster. We paired it with Mac and cheese, Brussels, mash potatoes and asparagus. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. For dessert, we got the giant sundae and coffee. The service was excellent. This dining experience easily puts the Beaumont in our top 10 restaurants of all time. We will be back!

This was our 5th visit and unfortunately the least enjoyable. Service was slow, food was average considering the pricing. Noisy atmosphere makes it difficult to carry on a conversation. And we could clearly hear the conversation of tables next to us.

Very nice for lunch, not crowded, no rush, pleasant server. The salmon burger was pretty good although the brioche bun fully fell apart. Very nice options for sides in lieu of fries, grilled asparagus excellent. Will return; happy to have this spot in downtown Catonsville!

This was my first time visiting after having read reviews. I am not a fan of sitting directly in the entryway especially in the winter. My waitress never offered me a bread service. I had to ask another waitress after seeing another party receive theirs. They do ration out the bread it seems. My cocktail was good, though. However, my waitress never asked me if I wanted another one nor did my water glass get refilled. My strip steak was flavorless which was disappointing. The mushrooms had more flavor. The creamed spinach was excellent. The macaroni and cheese was non-memorable just bland. I had a dessert which was good. Another patron got the ice cream sundae which looked fabulous. I don’t know if I will return.

We were seated up front and the bartender was our waiter. The bar got a bit busy and then he was not available to take our order. The host stepped in and took our order. The rest of the service was good, things were timely, and the food was tasty. Nice little place.

We were very happy with our first visit. Very delicious food, nice atmosphere. Not so loud as to detract from the experience. Really liked the 1/2 price wine bottle on Monday nights. The steaks were excellent, all of the sides too. We'll be back for special occasions.
