   On arrival - I asked for a table to view to the beach - the waiter advised that he would allocate me one when it became available. One became available and instead of allocating it to me, they gave it to another couple. I then ordered an artichoke salad as a starter which was average and had very little artichoke. The octopus main was great though.

   Service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive (young French waiter served us). Starters were very good however mains were on the luke warm side (meant to be hot). Good wine menu. Location was great.

   Lovely setting, great service, friendly, welcoming and attentive staff, delicious food, good wine choice, pashminas on offer if you were a bit chilly, but the patio heaters meant this was not needed. Noise from the Palm was the only mild annoyance but it did go off at some point, maybe around 8.30/9 and from then on it was perfect. We had a lovely evening, thank you.

   Very pleasant time, very good food and nice service. Only recommendation would be not to keep on serving the drinks too fast being water and grapes. Having a great lunch is also the nice time we like to spend. Finally, though bottle prices are ok it would be great to see the reflection of the removal of the tax on it. Other then that we will surely come back and can only recommend the place.

    Having not eaten here for three years (when we were regular hotel residents) we were very disappointed that it it has gone down hill so dramatically. Firstly the quality of the food was good in terms of presentation and flavour. We really enjoyed the dishes we had. The decor of the restaurant is stunning. What disappointed us the most was the excruciatingly slow service. We had to ask for our order to be taken. We had to ask several times for our empty plates to be cleared so they duly did so, one plate at a time! In the end we gave up on ordering deserts and paid the bill all whilst our table still hadn’t been cleared. Our bottle of sparkling water was left on our table, lid off, getting warmer and flatter as the meal went on. When you are paying the prices the Beach Bar and Grill charge, one expects the customers needs to be pre-empted. In a nutshell, nice food, nice decor but very poor service.

    Food was very basic for the prices. My husbands burger had 1 piece of onion on it. No bacon even though it stated it came with that. Broccoli was very burnt and tasteless. Chicken was nice and so were fries.

    Exceptional meal. Great table with a beautiful view next to the beach. Excellent server, very nice menu & lovely food. Nice drinks. Not cheap but decent value. Really enjoyed it. Updated decor is very very nice.

    Lovely atmosphere with a quiet, laidback, smooth jazz ambiance. Service impeccable, especially Our waiter Deepanshu. The only hiccup in our evening was our confirmed reservation for 3 from OpenTable did not match the restaurant’s system which showed reservation for 2.     Staff Expertise: 9/10, the staff are super polite and helpful special thanks to Panasheer he would help you choose what to order, and we gladly met the restaurant manager Mr. Paul it was nice of him to pass by and make sure if everything is good. • Atmosphere: 9/10, Loved the vibe of the place, is just amazing. Everything from the terrace to lighting is well put together and the interior design of the restaurant is just amazing, a gorgeous restaurant by the water. Better to visit in good weather, you have to walk outside to get to the restaurant, plus they need to consider adding outside a small AC not only a fan. • Food & Drinks: 7/10, The menu is vast and the food was decent. Not the best portion for its high prices. The drinks are okay. Desserts are also limited. However, it's tasty ( I will attach a photo of it). • Parking spot availability: 10/10, Valley parking is available at the hotel. • Cleanliness: 10/10, Very clean and neat. From tables to forks I was satisfied. They have to consider offering hand wipes after the meal which I wish all restaurants would still do. •• Total score •• 45/50

    The empanadas tasted way too good with a mix of Mediterranean and Argentinian cuisine. The desserts we tried were exquisite with flavours of Latin America: Flan de Dulce de Leche and Strawberry and Cream.

    Second visit to the Beach Bar and Grill which was exceptional. For a location it cannot be beaten overlooking the waters of the Palm. The food and service is excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and special occasion. Thank you to all and we will return.

    The place is nice and fairly quiet but the quality of the food is not as expected and the value was high, Where I wanted to reserve the special table near the sea I asked to note, but the management of the restaurant did not notice the interest and confirmed the reservation without my advice that there is no possibility to book the privet table because it’s fully booked and reserved a regular table, it was really disappointed because me and my wife were in special occasion.

    The tables do not resemble the ones from the pictures, only 3 tables in the whole restaurant are on the beach, which we didn’t know about, and were fully booked for what was intended to be my evening birthday dinner. We were sat on a normal table at the restaurant which is very very average.

    A family member stayed here on their honeymoon and highly recommended the hotel. As we were close my husband and I thought we would try and get a table - which we did! The hotel is beautiful! The restaurant is gorgeous looking out to the beach. The staff were very attentive. The food and drink is a little on the expensive side but not any more than you would expect in such a beautiful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it!!
