Service was awful. Took 50 minutes to get appetizers. We had 3/4 different waitress/waiters

My teammates and I came here between tournament games this past weekend. It was close to the rink and I had been wanting to check it out for a while. It was around 1 pm on Saturday, no other big events going on, so it was relatively slow. There was our group of 10 and another team sitting near us, but otherwise not too busy. They maybe staffed light anticipating a slower shift, but even then, it really shouldn’t have taken nearly an hour and a half between putting in orders and getting food. Especially for a single order of fries. At the very least, they should have informed us to set expectations about how long it would take at the time we placed our order. The staff were friendly enough, so we don’t have complaints about the host or server specifically. If food takes forever to come out when it’s slow, I have to wonder how long it would take when it’s packed. Or maybe people only drink there to pre game and don’t order food. Either way, I’ll probably pick another spot over this one if I have the choice, next time I’m in the area. Food was okay, pretty generous portion sizes.

Everything was great, but I wish the hostess would have looked that I booked for a high top. The food was great

We (party of 2) were the only ones at the restaurant yet we had to wait for service and simple salads took longer than exoected.

We walked out without even ordering food. We ordered 1 round of drinks after 20 minutes we never got our beer and our server was nowhere to be seen. We had to get the host to get our beer and to get the check we had to pay at the bar since no one brought us our check. Worst experience ever will not being going back. I am a full season ticket holder for Blackhawks and will be telling friends to go to Crossroads or Rannallis before games instead of this place. Only way I go back as if service is fixed!

Great spot for watching sports …. Full of TVs! Food and drinks are good. Try the cheese curds and smash burger! We were there before a concert at United Center. Close location. Is a short walk from the bar

Smash burger was awesome! Especially with the $6 great draft beer. Perfect for the stalwart Chicago Hawks fan.
